The Pigs will be shooting down or blowing up all interested persons using the following planes and vehicles:

GM41-11
A6M3
AGM5b
Ki-61
Type 97 Kai (Sub M4A1)
Type 2 Ka-Mi (Sub LVTA4)
Type 95 Ha-Go (Sub M8)
SdKfz 251
Jeep

You have your choice of the following planes/vehicles to be shot down or blown up in:

P-39Q
I-16
IL2
La5-FN
Yak-9T
T-34/76
Jeep
M-3
M-8
M-16

Look forward to seeing a whole mass of red guys for this one. Come get some, if you can.

That's funny Bustr, because I saw exactly what you told the other Pigs, roughly Twitchy is comming back to boot all of you. Paraphrasing, but a knife in the back from you for sure considering the number of times I stuck up for you when everybody else was pushing for me to 'dump the drunk', and you knew about Krupinski so you damned well knew better. The solution is really simple, just get your own damned squad name, that's it, it's really that easy. I don't run around calling myself Bustr. Why in the hell would you want to take a squad name that isn't yours, especially since you guys seem to have such an issue with me in the first place. It's wrong.

I appreciate the advice cattb, it isn't about living in the past, it's about getting these dopplegangers the hell off my 11 year old squad name.

Yes I do, and that was certainly my understanding... when I got back, my squad had balooned to three wings and over a hundred members. Syko literally told me he was 'just jealous' and 'you need to run your squad again', then that piece of crap turn coated, supposedly over krupinksi, deleted every one of my posts off the POTW website that I foolishly let him run and started lying his arse off about how I had come back to boot everybody off the squad. Odd considering I didn't have boot power to begin with, but nonetheless the rumor farm, fertilized by backstabbing sots like Bustr there, spread that lie like a wild fire. There was only one boot, Krupinski and that was for calling me a --- when I asked him to join us in an attack.
I found a bunch of Syko's posts on here and on the POTW site where he was claiming to have run the squad for the last ten years, when i confronted him about that and the ridiculous 'president Syko' campaign pictures and stuff, he literally hid from me on a 'secret channel' passing notes through bentnail like a third grader. The SOB has hid from me since, and these guys are running around laying claim to a ten year legacy I created and 'Oinking' like idiots on country channel. Syko helped himself to my squad name and lied his way into AH history.

All I'm asking, and the bottom line and all this controversy is simply me asking these guys to get off my squad name and come up with one of their own, rather than this pathetic name stealing crap. Why in the hell would anybody want someone else's squad name to begin with, it's pathetic, and as long as I have been in the flight sim scene, I have never seen anything like it. So next time you see these jaygos like Waystin bragging about how cool POTW is, ask them where they got it from. They literally brag about stealing it.

There's about a hundred of these guys, and one of me, so yeah I'm sure you've heard all about it. But anybody who's played this game for more than a few years knows exactly who and what, Syko stole my squad and now he's squatting on my squad name. Waystin said they were going to change the squad name a year ago, it's yet to happen, they'd rather steal mine. Well hell yeah, it's a ten year old squad with a good reputation, why not... Alot easier than starting from scratch, huh syko?

I've not lied about a damned thing buzzard, all of this is pretty easily verified and well known to the AH community. This thread is in the General Discussion forum, which means it isn't for POTW to talk about how they cool they think they are anymore than it is for me to call you name stealing turds out on it.

That is basically what happened in the POTW, and as a final gesture..

Since we pay HTC for access and accept their TOS as part of that contract, we don't have any rights associated to the names we choose other than what HTC grants us. So stated if two groups want to use the name "Flock of Guppies" for their squad name then so be it. It appears only game ID's cannot be duplicated in exact spelling and character case by progrmatical restriction.

Any confusion by using same squad names is prejudiced on the poor judgement of the two groups membership. But, I posit HTC reserves the legal right to deal with either or both parties as they see fit for any acrimonious conduct resultant from said poor judgement. As a response to it's perceived or real negative impact on this community. Including the airing of personal vendetta in this forum and communications channels owned by HTC.

The existing "Aces High construct POTW" good faith membership at the time took our vote for this reason:

Twitchy acted in bad faith to the years of good faith, trust, and community comradery in the construct named POTW by the existing members of POTW during his extended absense from Aces High. Twtichy was accorded a "good faith" postion of Honor upon his return but, in bad faith, without discussion or representation with(to) the whole membership of POTW, or it's existing chain of command. Decided upon a unilateral course of action to remove members in good standing for not fitting his standards for inclusion into the construct named POTW. By a group vote he was ejected for this act of bad faith against the constructs "good faith" membership when they were apprised of his bad faith against their years of "good faith" as members of the construct POTW.

Abadonment of construct can reasonably be argued to Twitchy's long extended period of inactivity and sparce communication with any of the membership of the "Aces High construct POTW" during his extended period of absense from Aces High. Knowing the real person and his contact info of the alias "SYKO" was always available but, person to person contact was sporatic and infrequent. For very long periods of time no one was aware of the staus living or dead of the person aliased as Twitchy. The good faith membership of the construct POTW evolved on as it's own unique entity of freinds and game related interests.

Unrepresented bad faith without resort to review in the face of years of "good faith" membership is wrong in any situation, government, business or social associations. The "good faith" membership rejected Twitchy's bad faith unrepresented conduct within a short interval of his return. The "good faith" membership was not officialy put on notice that some number did not meet Twitchy's standards and would be summarily ejected for no other criteria. Their personal years of loyalty and "good faith" rejected out of hand by Twitchy, after being absent from any part of the ongong growth and "good faith" membership conduct as part of the "Aces High construct POTW". Twtichy's alienated relationship with SYKO and his reasons for that was "not of concern" to the long standing "good faith" membership who had no previous relationship with Twitchy to judge by.

The "Aces High construct POTW" is owned by HTC per the TOS, who by tacitly ignoring this dispute "so far", has no investiture in how it's being used at this time. Rules are in place covering acrimonius and disruptive conduct along with personal grievances in this forum and HTC's in game communications channels.
