furious is correct..lead turn your nose is pointing in front of bogey, pure pursuit you are right on, lag turn your nose points behind the bog. G's don't really matter xcept in relation to the e state you bring in, and the bog's..
typically a lag turn helps the attacker when the attacker can't pull a lead shot (g's, turn rate, etc prevents you) so the attacker tracks the bog, letting the bog finish his turn, then the attacker finished also, converts to a lead turn, and closes for a shot. If the attacker has alot of E, lag turn can work, so can a high yo yo. The relative E state between attacker and defender really dictate what you should be doing in the turn.
