If I flew between them and a con, then No...I wouldn't be upset.

If a country man shot me down just because he could, then Hell plowing yes I would be.

But, yes I prefer killshooter off.  It makes me strive for a better shot.  That's just me.

Why waste time gettin' pissy when there's a better option?

Can the CT not police itself? Has nobody here ever heard of "kill the traitor until he switches, gets a clue or logs?"

Frag me once .. shame on you ... but, eh .... it happens.

Frag me twice and it's party time. :D

No need to get pissy. Whinin' don't accomplish nuthin'. No complaints. ;)

hell yes I want it off.  That means I don't have to hold my fire anymore.   I have no qualms about shooting friendlies down if they are between me and a red icon when KS is off.  Just ask the rest of the Mongrels.  I kinda check my fire with them.  With anyone else, hell, I dunno.  I think if I see Eagler in a 109 in front of me, he's gonna get shot regardless if he's green or red.  ;)

How does it do that?

The only difference is in who gets the damage. In fact it can be argued that if you know you will die if you shoot and hit a friendly then you will be more likely to hold your fire and fly for an even better shot..

With it off so what if you you frag the guy in front of you. That just means he gets sent to the tower.

Basically its a bs arguement to say it "promotes more real fighting" or will reduce the "furballs".

People respond to a carrot or a stick. In the case of not fraggin friendlies the stick has proven more effective.

No ones concerned with a drunky or Nifty or eagler or any of those guys flying around fraggin their own but theres new guys that pop in and fly. If they get vulched by another n00b who parked an m16 otr or flies around fraggin greens because he dont know better then problems arise. Needless problems when you look at it realistically.

Ks on/off makes no difference to 99% of the folks. Its on the edges that it can impact some ones experience. In the end theres no reason at all for that to happen.

hey now.  I flew with the FDB twice in Rumbles.  You should be worried if you see me on your 6 with KS being off.  ;)

seriously tho, the frag guys can be dealt with.

The issue of people shooting over your shoulder, or worse, just shooting straight through you is what might be a problem.  I dunno.  both times I poked my head into the CT this setup it was completely dark night.  I can't stand that, so I logged right back out.
