How about that black dude who has been just released after spending 30 years in jail for stealing a black-and-white TV-set ($140.) ? He should had filed for bankrupcy at the time ! But it's O'key, he can do it now. :rolleyes: P.S. American people are being criminalized and jailed for non-existent crimes, put in jail for petty crimes or unpaid child-support etc. Being a foreigner in this great country I can see much more than the majority of US citizens are able to see. And what I see I saw before in the last but one totalitarian empire I lived in. :(

Not exactly sure what you're getting at here.  I'm sorry if I missed your point.

Why does the dude have to be black?  Good news for this fellow though.  After spending 30 years in prison, any deragatory credit reporting would have fallen off; he has a clean slate.
