I wasn't referring to any other plane besides the P-38.  The only Spitfires the P-38 can easily out dive and escape from are the Mk I, V and Seafire.  Let me make myself a little more clearer, the P-38 can out dive any of the Spitfires, however, 95% of those flying the P-38 will enter into compressability and auger because they couldn't pull out of the dive due to their high speed.  So diving away isn't really the best escape from a Spitfire unless you know what you're doing and as we all know, 95% of those that fly the P-38 couldn't turn on the 2nd engine if it wasn't for the auto-start up.

Bar, I've unilaterally decided that this post isn't worth reading. Everyone delete it from your memory banks. The guy to whom you're responding, well, his post was unworthy as well and, based on what I've seen of him, isn't worth the time of day anyway.

From now on, come to me for snap whimsical judgments on who's an arscheklown and what post is worth reading. Leaving it to Skuzzy is a formula for poisoning your mind with the message of the antichrist who, like Skuzzy, is reputed to be both ancient and ageless.

What are rules 4 and 5?

Either way, I figure I'm all right so long as they don't bar sarcasm.
:rofl very nice! rule 4 is no flaming etc and rule 5 is no backseat moderating  :lol

Ack-Ack, has this problem you're having persisted for long?

Domestic violence is no laughing matter. Have you stopped?

Of course you weren't anal-probed by aliens. How else can they tell what you eat?

I see your postings are more worthy than mine.  (or should I have said worthier?)

I was talking about the pilots not the planes.  the spit16 is a great airplane, the pilots that fly it, not so good.

read rule #4.  dont turn into one of them "you misspelt one word, so we cannot understand you" guys.

I think you totally misunderstood what I was saying, someone other then me could explain it better.

I will try to explain, flying the 16 exclusively, well it does all things great, so when you engage nme cons you do things that suit the 16, when you try those same maneuvers in any other plane, it does not have the same effect so you may end up spinning out of control.

Ink the "teaching of bad habbits" is IMO.  If you screw up the thing is such a monster it will still save your bacon.

Kinda like "whoops didnt watch my E bleed... got too slow.... hit wep.. all fixed". Almost instantly. Try that a P-40.. not going to happen.

agree with you, I only fly the spit8.  I love it over the 16 due to the wings dont fall as easy.  I keep losing my wings during hard turns on the spit16.  I love killing people that up the 16 just because they hear somebody else say that it is a great plane.
