I did not sell mine yet. But you are correct anything BFG has NO WARRANTY. They are out of business as and no warranty's are being honored.
And the rumors that NVidia was going to honor BFGTech warranties for even a short period of time appears to be unfounded, based upon my experience with a bad board. (The group that was supposedly doing that is unreachable, and doesn't respond to voicemail messages.)
Knowing that BFG's hand was forced, and that NVidia isn't picking up the slack leaves me a bit p'oed at NVidia.
And while this is a community swap-shop and not EBay, I do think a poster should have the right to set his or her own asking price, regardless of what anyone knows about what they got it for or what anyone else thinks is "fair" - but I also think that because this is a community swap-shop and not an EBay, the community has the right to comment on what they deem to be an unfair price being presented to the community.
But either way, I do think that too many headaches over stuff like the above is probably what Skuzzy was referring to, and would be likely to lose us the use of the forum... so I'd urge everyone to use restraint. <S>
