It's been asked for many times, by myself included.  The A/B IMO would be a nice addition, it definitely meets the criteria for being added.  As an addition to you're wish, since the 61's had radar perhaps extending the enemy identification while piloting extended to 8k.

Of course the anti 61 group will say "more iconic planes need to be added" or "we don't have real night" in AH, but I'll +1 your wish. I'd like to see a Beau/61 update package since we just got the Ki, 111, and the 410.

I don't recall a written policy, but AH folklore is "must have served in squadron strength, must of seen actual combat, and served in WWII".

P-61A or, preferably, P-61B would be a neat addition.

The radar thing though, no.  WWII radar was not up to that sort of thing and the Mk I eyeball has better capability in daylight than the radar had at night.
