What i see as a real big problem with the loss of numbers in the game that really does not help is the smack talking crap that people PM or put on 200 in game.

The egos on the game are the near end of it, none needs the constant spew of crap from many on here.

Example:
Fly around die 10 times, then get a kill on a ego manic, PM sent how you are a noob and your mum should die! its very lame, many people on here annoy me to the toejam, as they cant just play and be nice and they are usually the older crew.

The rule is if you cant <S> the shut the toejam up and play the game

Just think about it before your ego has to send a message, they might be new and got a easy shot, so what,, get over it its a cartoon game, be nice and just <S> if the few that have a ego for cartoon games did this it would be a great game.

If you aren't sending a vicious PM to someone who purposely rams you or repeatedly HOs you, noob or not(cuz they did it three times running when you got on their squaddies 6) or churning the ego butter, you just aren't doing it right.  It is the art of competition boys...if you can't handle it, play multiplayer pac man.  It's all about the psychology of competition.  

Baseball:  pitcher throws inside to Big Papi, BP yells something about the pitchers mother's sexual orientation...

Football:  do you really need a description of what Ray Lewis used to say while standing over someone he just decapitated? Soccer? Rugby?

Here's the deal:  no one is serious!  It's as much a part of the game as convergence settings!  Get-the-hell over it and smile because if I send you a rotten apple on 200 or PM, it means 1 of 2 things....I'm trying to get in your head, or you've already gotten in mine.  Smile about it....it means it's working and I smile A LOT

As to the ch200 question....

Do I agree with Changeup it's part of the psychology of competition? Yep.

Do I agree no one is really serious about it? Yes (tho' at times I wonder with a few).

But (and here is the kicker)...if I honestly ask myself was I happier when I first started the game and didn't know about ch200? Honestly, the answer is yes.  It's hard for me to say definitively if this was due to the game being new or that I didn't have to put up with the ch200 BS...but I was happier.

Some advice: either ignore it or and/or push back...and you need to judge which is the best approach based on the particular idiot in question.  These Intardnet bullies are just that...bullies.  Bullies thrive on success....but are inherently cowards at heart.

Example: A few days ago I was called out on ch200 by the shade account of a well-known AH big mouth....  Said I was a timid coward, I have such a good k/d I obviously can't or won't fight.... yada yada yada, blah blah blah.  *yawn*

I could have ignored it..but figured with this bunghole it was best to address the matter directly.  I simply replied, twice, "hey...Let's go to the DA.". He shut up and never said another word to me. I went back to my usual nice-guy-if-slightly-sarcastic-but-not-in-a-personal-or-serious-way persona and enjoyed the rest of the evening!

Actually the only rule in AcesHigh is: "don't be a dick". It is not; "If you can't salute, shut the 'toejam' up and play the game."
If you're soo sensitive perhaps you should be using the squelch function.

I screw around on 200 and mess with people. Im never too abusive and never serious. People still can't handle it.
Ive even been removed from a certain squad because people were filling my c.o.'s inbox up with crybaby complaints.
That and an oversensitive and passive aggressive squaddy didn't like me trying to clear his 6.

Channel 200 is one of the great features to the game. I can't count how my times I lmfao at some of the stuff on there.
