If you can't get drunk, smoke dope, take ecstasy, then kill someone with your car, what CAN you do????  This is just a kangaroo court full of do-gooders.  How can she be blamed if some guy decides to jump through her windsheild?

Mallard ran into Biggs, 37, with her Chevrolet Cavalier as he walked along the side of a highway in the early hours of Oct. 26, 2001.

The bum was walking on a highway? You not supposed to do that.

She is guilty and deserves her punishment, but I feel sorry for her too. It's bad all the way around.

LOL...

Somebody should dig up Airhead's old post..

She's just a poor working girl going to nursing school.. Just because she came home from a drug/sex orgy a lil' tipsy doesn't mean she was too impared to drive..

And then this smelly homeless creatin.. head in windshild.. mumbling something.. but what is it saying?... "help me... help me.."

Help you?.. the best way for me to help you is for you to go get a job..

Miss Malard simply wanted it to go away..

"but I feel sorry for her too."

No way! She just let the man die in her locked garage over a two day period as he begged for help. She should have been given the death penalty IMO...

My post was a followup to the thread on the same subject a year and a half or so ago. If I remember right the woman was caught because she bragged about what she had gotten away with 4 months earlier. Do I feel sorry for her? Hell no. This happened close to home for me and skin color is not an issue.

The guy was pleading for his life. Yet she waited for God to tell her what to do and, while the man was still alive, got some friensd to help her dump the dying man in a park.

I liked the prosecutors way or arguing. She claimed being incapable of taking a decision. He started "you decided to take extacy at xxpm? "yes" "and smoke pot at xx" "yes" "and drive a car?" "yes". "And you still claim to be unable to make decisions?".

I hope she gets at least what is life in Denmark. Just imagine your son, daughter or wife lying on the windscreen begging for help, only to be unceremoniously dumped by a drug addict who, under the influence of three different drugs, mows you down.

I didn't feel sorry for her at all. Maybe I am becoming heartless.

What a retard...  she could've perhaps got away far easier if she hadn't dump the body.
Quite a retard family too.. when cousins are helping to dump the body....
