Sometimes it's tough accurately repeating what we think we hear.
Language changes all the time. What bugs me the most is when definitions are changed 180 degrees, e.g., "bad" meaning "good" and vice versa. I can't see anything "bad" (meaning "good") coming from that kind of "destructive" (meaning "constructive") jargon.
