Mr Powell made it really clear that "this will show the world that we are able to help, even though they are Muslims".*not exactly quoted*

Sometimes you USA-people suprise me. You really look down at people because of their religon?
Sounds to me that the Iraq war must really have been a crusade after all.

I will not defend Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kuwite or any other countries not on the list. But add a couple of others as well, South Africa, Israel, Belgium, Luxemburg, Holland? And Italy, Denmark and Germany????? ......Whats the matter with you guys? Id be ashamed to be citizen in theese "stingy" countries,,,,really.

Then again, I do not think the list Gunslinger posted, is very accurate (as it is missing Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, But I bet you thought thoose to be muslim countries, right?)

1.  You sir are the first on in this thread to bring up religion.  It was IN FACT a reginal question and not a religious one.

2.  I got my list from the evil network fox news so beleive it or not.  They probably got it from the AP.  I post what I saw and only added the coutnrys population and donation per person by population.

3.  In addition if you have info that I don't about a country I did not list I will be more than happy to add it.  If you'll take not I did in fact add new zealand.

I've very proud of all the money these countrys have donated from their treasurys.  What I dont understad, wich is the outlying reason for this post, is the fact that I've heard of what an evil country I live in for the last two years when we've done so much for the world.  Oil rich countrys who make trillions of dollars a year can't seem to make a list when the minimum is $6 million

a measly 6 million....that's like pocket change to some of these countrys and you have the gall to bring up what you think is a religious crusade?????????

I've had to listen to a Snobby UN bash my country for not giving enough?  I simply ask why the double standard.....were's the middle east??????

Exact quote:

What rpm said....

I heard one report of a middle eastern cleric claimed it was the wrath of allah and they deserved it.

Heard another report of a middle eastern news media blaming it on Israeli and US testing nukes in the area.

Let's face it, the US will keep giving and the Middle East will keep spinning Amreeka is the Satan.

Using that clerics logic, the muslims that died deserved it.....and by far most that died were muslim.

Is'nt it ironic that mostly muslims died? I heard the same thing and wondered what kind of moron could say that and not realise that this tragedy hit a region mostly muslim?

It's like when they scream that "ALLAh WIILING" l.......and they NEVER prevail, so Allah was abviously not on there side...using their own logic.

Of course not, but that isn't the Middle Easts fault.  It probably has more to do with the list being BS.

I donīt think that 872 underground nuclearbomb testings in the Pacific only by USA, might have anything at all to do with earthquakes or the inviroment in general. ....I Know

"Andhra Pradesh

Iran sends aid for tsunami victims

By Our Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD, DEC. 27. The Iran Government has sent $1.2 million worth food items to the victims of the tsunami in the country, the Consulate General of Islamic Republic of Iran in India, Hossein Ravesh, said here on Monday.

"The relief, including clothes, water cooling kits and blankets will be handed over to the Indian Red Cross Society shortly by the Red Crescent of the Islamic Republic of Iran," he said.

Expressing deep shock at the loss of lives and the havoc wrought by the tidal wave, he offered his heart-felt condolences to members of the bereaved families, on behalf of the Iranian people.

The Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Trust has appealed to people to come to the rescue of tsunami victims by donating money, rice, what, oil, clothes and blankets."

No Mr NUKE, You are a Moron and only a Moron like you would think that the Nukes blown in Pacific has nothing to do with any changes in inviroment.

By the way, I was just answering Goth, off topic, really.

WTG Thrawn, you also found that the list gunslinger posted was BS.
