How do you protect

yourself, family or loved ones from a violent crime. Do you own a gun, take self defense courses or maybe just a glof club? I just realised that Im a 145 lbs defensless young man. maybe I should take some karoke courses.

JoOwen, it's not how much you weigh, it's how much you benchpress.
I suggest you join a gym and start pumping iron.
Most gyms also offer kickboxing or tae-kwan-do classes.

Defending your self from intruders in hand to hand combat is too troublesome. That’s why I keep little commi gun called Makarov with extra clip by my bed. :lol  :p

I have a 130lb rottweiler that seems to scare the crap out of anyone who comes in, but she is just the deterent until I get the gun.
