I run scared and hide behind my dog- though my cat is more violent. I would like to give systema a try, very few classes in the UK though. None are taught anywhere near where i live.

I don't get it... in the article people were beaten by a man with a crowbar? why didn't they just shoot the burglar?

If people spent on tenth the time learning to use guns safely that they use to diet or learn some useless martial art.... there would be very few criminals.
