4.   I have previously cancelled my subscription to AH because of night.  I have a limited time budget.  When I log on and its night, that's when I either have to readjust the settings on my video card (temporarily) or just not play.  If I can't play, I won't pay.

1.  It's true!...WW II bomber pilots never flew night missions undetected by radar.  

2.  It's true!....bringing back nights wouldn't bring reality to the WW II combat sim we play in.

3.  It's true!....all combat / war zones, past and present, have been fought in clear skies, sunny, 70 degree weather, grass aways green and neatly cut.

4.  It's true!....by dialing 1-800-CANCELLS will save you some money.  

Geez...if ya want a sterile perfect war sim, invest in a X box.  Personnally I'd like to see HT bring back some of the reality that's been taken away DO TO WHINES.  ie.  clouds that cover targets, rain squalls, nights.  Wars are not fought in perfect environments, and last I checked AH is suppose to be a WW II sim.

I think it all has to do with keeping the majority of customers happy.

Fewer people play when its dark.

Night does not make sense in a 24 hour perpetual arena, where people log in from different time zones with limited time to fly.  HT has made the proper adjustment to arena time.

I thought night was cool when i first started.  I don't know how long it took for me to start disliking night, but it happened.  I felt what was the point of flying if i can't see anything to shoot down.

The worst thing that could happen when i had a spare hour to play, was logging in to night.   I was considering quitting at one stage because it seemed whenever i had a bit of time it was night, ruining the little time i had.  It' was purely coincidental it was night whenever i logged on, but that is how it was.   It would spoil the very short time i had for AH.

No rudeness intended TC.  Sarcasim at best.  And yes sir your absolutely right.....everyone has the right to his or her opinions and views.  As for the smilies.....simply stated remarks start as "It's true" and ends with smily   which = "yah right" or

Smilies are what you make of them, it's just like this one  most think anger..mad..etc.  When in fact it's just someone constipated trying to take a chit.

Look at the flipside of this, how many people have made this statement "I am just burnt out" or "time for a change". I think there could be less of these people if there was more of a variety of environments in the arena.

Im not sure anyone who wants night needs it daily. It could satisfy some of us if it was just in rotation on select maps. At least there would be something besides sunny 24/7.
