yeah bat, me and jetb were in the DA about 3 months ago using those 38j rockets, its very easy

the drop is about the same as the cannon at that range, so you just put the sight above them and fire

1 rocket will take out an entire formation of 24's

yup same here :D me and jet did it by mistake, and i launced a salvo of 5 at him, one of them hit his lancs and they all went boom!

was hilarious. then we spent another 3 hours trying to perfect it. we got to the point where we could hit big buffs from 2k out with just 1 rocket, first time. (that took a ton of practise tho) :)

Sorry to be a doubter of your amaizing skills.  After all, if you can hit consistantly and kill from 1K out with 50s, I should have expected that you would try the rockets, too.

Sooo, whats your question?  Is it possible?  YES.  Is it gaming the game and requires luck?  Yes.  Just like firing when the con is 1K out.

The WGr21 rockets are a true stand off weapon and can be used to kill buffs at about 1.4k they blow up like alittle bit of puffy ack (try it offline sitting on the runway you will see it explode). If you get it just right you can get all 3 bombers. I am not that good and usally just get 1 or 2. The only problem is I seem to have the rockets on when I have to fight fighters and when I bump into bombers I did not bring rockets. The 109 just does not fly well with them on.

Hmmmm, I dont think so. You were talking about launching a mission full of P51's or something like that with rockets. When I was killed in an La7 with a rocket it was at 1.5k and was due to the blast of the air to air german flack rocket exploding near by. Truely a 1 in a 1000 shot.

No it was not about killing buffs. It was about me taking up a mass of La7's and porking all the bases. You brought up intercepters armed with air to ground rockets.
