Nope, won't happen. The only time he has made that kind of change is when something was having a major affect on arena odds. It's the MA, people are supposed to do what they want to do.

As for giving grief to the guys that want to organize, strange, here the griefers are the people that don't care about organizing or winning the war. In the arena, it's usually the other way around...the lil generals and their ilk griefing the people that don't care about "winning" the war. Personally, just have a good time...even virtual life is too short to take this crap so seriously.

Geez, if you Rooks shot as well as you talk, you'd win every map in minutes. At least us Bish can be disorganized without so much lip flap. LOL

Come to think of it, if the Rooks could hookup their mouths to their props, they could probably break the sound barrier at will. Oh! I guess that's what they ARE doing in here.

I'd love to believe he wasnt serious, 96D....but it was clear from what he said to me that he meant it. He saw nothing wrong with working to get people he thought weren't "good for the team" to leave, and said that was the reason he offered money for them to go. He said outright that it was better for the Rooks that they had left -- "a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand" was how HE put it.

With that statement alone you cannot seriously claim that he was kidding.

Also -- if it were a troll, when I called him on it on country channel why didn't he just say "gotcha" on country channel? My "jerk" like behavior was, honestly, continuing to ask the question over and over while he continued to avcoid answering. He only would answer in PM later. At any poin the could have ended it by yanking in the hook on the mother of all country trolls, but he didnt.

I'm not on a mission here; I didnt even bring stone's actions into this thread until your claim that he was just kidding. But, if you're going to absolve him of responsibilty for the current situation I'd like to see you do it logically and with regard to the facts.

I would love nothing more than to have this all be some big misunderstanding. Stone's the one slamming fighter guys ("we just captured 30 -- what are YOU doing to help the team? Or are you busy padding your score?" -- another direct quote) Stone's the one who told Hoarach "You old time players just have to realize that your way of playing is gone forever. We are the wave of teh future, and you'll just have to adjust to the new AH."

So you cant really claim he's jsut a fun loving guy and we're all paranoid.

(BTW if he denies those statements on your squad channel we can see about providing some proof....)

I was not logged on when you thrashed us Simiril but it takes a lot of heart to look in the mirror, come to this BBS Community, and make amends. We all have been jerks on 200 at one time or another. Many probably forget due to their alcohol blood level at the time. Anyways you get a big ~~from me.~~

Thanks for the . In my book, having integrity means taking responsibility for my actions, and I take full responsibility for my behavior.

Just to clarify, though, I have never trashed the LCA, either on 200 or on the boards. LCA has just as much right to their fun as anyone else; good manners only asks that we step on each others toes as little as possible....

The country channel discussion was entirely about asking aStone to explain how paying good sticks to leave helped the rooks win the war. He refused to answer the question on country channel, and my "jerk" behavior was in not backing down or giving it up. I feel badly that my behavior may have spoiled the evening for some.

Lets not let Chivalry and Respect die. Not only the "first day AH vets" are the backbone of that. Theres also lots of new guyswith that attitude. KEEP IT. I cant remember how often ive been called "stupid" or "hopeless" because of letting damaged planes RTB instead of picking them, or let a con up, get some alt and then loose a fair fight against him. No, its not stupid, its just another way to view the game.

I get tired of the "bosses" trying to tell me what to do. Or the bad guys trying to get under my skin. Some times it is just best to squelch the people that are getting to you. As long as you can stop wondering what there saying to you while your not listening.

dam who let the fng's even have a word about anything? a squad becomes notorious for stinkin up the joint? in their defense they werent the first to do it..but just like Columbus they were the first to have a press conference about it.
