Hitech has said time and time again what their position is on answering things and providing information. You won't always get an answer, somethings will be released when they are good and ready to release it. Just because someone doesn't get the answer they want, or Like the answer they got, does not mean they are owed anything further. With that thought, some still think that it's fun to get HTs attention, and complain to the point where HT has to come in here and babysit. This is clearly a stupid thing to do, as this type of behavior only takes production time away from working on the very things some people are complaining about.

Now, as I stated, HT does respond, and in fact they respond far better than most game companies will, by far.
Now you can play cute games all you want, but the fact is a good portion of players in here are quite familiar with what HT is working on, and completely in the dark about other things. We also have enough common sense to keep up with the releases and pipeline discussions, ask questions if we want, and don't go crying in the corner if the bad bad HT doesn't jump up and down to answer questions that may simply be none of your business. HT get's hit no matter what they do, ask the question and they get hammered for not answering. Answer the question and they get hammered for the answer. Frankly, I'm proud of the fact that they keep these boards open at all.
I'm on the CM team, and I don't always get answers when I need them, but knowing what these guys are up against I give them a Great Deal Of Room to get to me when they can, because frankly If I had to chose between getting my question answered and a new plane, I'll take the plane! You think these guys have a full time staff to sit in here and review this board and handle every question from every angle and address every complaint? Get real.
If that's not good enough for you, then I suggest this approach.
Just because "a Few" of you want to complain, don't even Think that you speak for "ALL" or "MOST" in here, that would be a mistake.
Your broad statements like HT never responds, or No One can find answers, or Most cant find their way around the boards are grossly incorrect, wholly unfair and uncalled for.
Consider, if you will sir, how "Most" of the board frequenters got the short end of the In Game Vote for planes. Careful who you think you speak for.
Now you may or may not like what I said, or think I answered you, or may not understand what I'm saying, but be clear on this. I don't Owe you enlightenment or an explanation, nor validation. My original comment should have been clear enough. Take it or leave it.
