Got the fridge for free, was sitting on the side of the road and worked just fine.  The CO2 regulator, tap, and spigot were all left in the house when I bought it.
All I had to do was cut out one of the shelves and I'm going to patch up the cracks in the plastic with aluminum tape as I used my reciprocating saw!
The wife likes it because she can store cans of soda, and other drinks in there as well.  It will fit a full or half keg.  All in all it cost me $6 worth of tubing and "O" rings from home depot.  The handle I made from paper, spray glue, and scrap wood.  I drilled a 3/8" hole in the bottome and it seemed to tap itself.
Again I'm still struggleing with the preasure and foam.  I keep turning it down but it eventually bottoms out and poors nothing.  I need to get a drip bucket closer to the spout as I can poor the foam out of the line and then poor the glass.  Right now we are just filling up pitchers and letting them sit a bit.
