Be nice if there was a way to switch between Standard and metric instruments in the cockpit, fair for all.

Some of the Japanese cockpits are off. I think it's the RPM and MAP gauges on the N1K2 don't match the power settings indicated in E6B. The RPM and MAP settings for cruise are HIGHER that what the N1K is capable of at WEP power!

I have a hard time even READING the +/- for MAP

In IL2 you can switch the on-screen air speed and altitude indicators between standard and metric.  Maybe HTC could incorporate that type of feature and add it in the display where you can see your memory use, FPS, etc.

The little speedbar in Il2? Not really what I was going for. In CFS3, the actual instruments on the panel could be had in standard or metric.
