Remember now Grizz says that fact has ABSOLUTELY NO APPLICATION in AH...  :neener:
Your afraid to accept your wrong, 99% of the fights in the MA are under 10K....you have been told this fact and yet you still try to get a reaction out of Grizz...Ill change up a famous saying for you a bit

How so? Some of the best fights I ever had were way up high, 20l+. See my earlier post in this thread.

Batty Im sorry but that isnt whats going on here, I am completely for smack talking in this game. It has started some of the best fights and will definately make people want to get better, it did for me. Honestly calling out someones R/L in a game is worse then smack talking. Yes smack talk can go too far and you can better improve people by helping, going into R/L talk in a game doesnt help anyone or the game, it just makes the new people to the community think they should do it to. :salute

So then, if everyone who played the game was exactly like you then you may have a case. But they are not. You would have learnt to fly better no matter what. You would have learnt to fly better if someone had just showed you the ropes in the TA/DA (which i remember doing for you and many others over the years. Infact I have learnt how to do it without even letting them know i'm helping. You want to try and DA me in kill mode, you will notice a vast change from the enoyable fights you know me for). Just because you happen to be a person who cares what other's think of them to the extent that being abused pushed you to seek advice and improve does not mean that the majority of people are built that way.

Being friendly and offering assitance is a sure way to help the vast majority improve their flying thus bettering the gameplay of AH2 as a whole. Insulting people and offering no advice other than to 'grow a pair of balls' is a sure way to make the majority of people ignore you and a very unlikely way to make them do as you say. As can be seen here, abuse only urged the person to complain, not improve. Helping them in the TA for just thirty mins would improve their flying greatly no matter if you abuse them first or not.

Even after you were urged to improve through being insulted, obviously someone or multiple people had to offer advice, spend time devoted to helping you even after the insulting behaviour. So let me ask you junky, was it the insults that forced you to improve or was it the help that people offered that did it?
One method is required to improve your flying, the other is just a shot in the dark that may urge you to come to the conclusion you need advice sooner but ultimately will make most people annoyed and lose respect for the person inflicting it on you. You work out which method is required and which method is expendable if the end desired goal is to help someone get better and flying.

Yet this is not even the main point. If X player decides they want to fly at 30k to ensure they do not die then that is their right as they pay their money to play. How about Fester, a Muppet memer, the muppet founder not less. He regularly flies 'timidly' for whole tours at a time to see what kind of kill streak he can acheive. I don't see the smack talkers telling him he is timid. So there is no equality in this attitude it is simply an outlet for insecure and inadequate people to belittle someone else because they have no outlet for their frustrations in real life that would not result in getting a beating.

Let people fly how they like. Make the odd comment about a running dweeb if you must. But constantly insulting everyone who does not fly how you desire is not aproduct of wanting to help them improve it is a product of an inadequate person.
And I don't know much, but I do know this. With a golden heart comes a rebel fist.

I had a few fights at about 25k last night.  Was actually pretty fun; much different from flying down low like I am used to.  Actually encouraged me to make a 20k bomb run.

Seems more like a "you don't fight my way" statement...

Attacking buff IS a fight. I shoot at them, they shoot at me. And way up there it's much more difficult for the fighter than killing the usual 10k Lancs.
And buffs can have escorts... still no fight then?

The two occasions I was up there 2 nights ago I did expect the enemy being that high and I was right. Each time we were fighting. Each time I got some kills and was shot up before I went below 20k.

It's a completely different kind of flying & fighting up there and I do enjoy it very much. I'm very happy when I'm around for one of those rare escorted high-alt bombing missions. Actually with the announced Strat System changes, I hope there will be some more high alt raids again.

But for future reference: Up to what alt I'm allowed to fly before becoming part of the problem? ;)

Granted there are a few times when the OP for comes in at the nosebleed alt,but for the most part,30k,not 25k but 30k is kinda excessive. If they wanna fight, they will come down.If they are scared and need that cushion, fine.
The only thing that should be at 30K is strategic bombers and the fighters trying to catch them but thats just my opinion and that and 2 bucks will get ya a cup of coffee.

Keep using the excuse that I am targeting a squad if you must, but it is getting rather predictable and has always been self obscessed. Go DFC defence force. lol. I was merely pointing out the hypocracy of calling people out for flying how a regular smack crusader's own squadron flies.

You will not address the point that Fester flies 'timid' alot and no one will call him out for it?

I find fighting German fighters, either out of Bombers or US fighters, at 20,000' to be very fascinating. To me its the best part of the game and doesnt happen enough. The historical connection gets me kinda woozy.

Down low, against anything with wings, its just a game. In B-17s, with FWs and MEs bearing down on you, its more then just a game. :salute

Flying extremely high isn't a problem, it's just incredibly inefficient in the MA.  Most of the action is below 10k, what's the purpose of trying to kill the guys that have committed half an hour of climb time?  It's inefficient from all perspectives.  (Unless of course they are the only cons in a 50 miles radius ) You had to waste your time climbing up there, you have to deal with the aggravation of the fighters deciding to dive from 25k to the deck when they lose the fight.  It's even pointless from a Win T3h War perspective.  If you let a set of bombers climb to 30k, drop on a base and then rtb, that's around a 50 minute mission for the pilots.  What's the point of wasting YOUR time, climbing up for 20 minutes to get up there and ending their mission early?  You could easily kill three times as many planes in the time it takes for you to kill planes up at high alt.  Might as well let them fly to 30k, drop and RTB, they aren't helping their side very much dropping 12,000 pounds on a base once an hour.
