I enjoyed the Blue arena for a few hours flying Nit. They had us down to a few bases and we were outnumbered, so I just upped 17s and what not to pork towns for 234 perkies.

maybe make the answers you posted and quoted in that thread, a sticky in the general forum? for newish players like me easier to understand the reasoning behind the dynamic caps? I had a good idea/guess at the reasoning behind them, but that had made it crystal clear. It might also make less work for you by people not posting about caps every other week
