More importantly, are there shots for it?

If you got it, stay away from me, because I cannot afford to get it, got it?

lol Skuzzy, the beta has been out for 1 year. Check out HDstarcraft on Youtube to watch some gameplay.

This was one of the best games casted from the beta, part 1-4 in decending order:

They are trying to develop a vaccine, but it's slow going.

Come on Skuzzy, don't you want to step in the shoes of Old Jimmy Raynor and dispense some justice? I know you've got to have some anger built up after dealing with us idiots all week.  :D

Oh I can't wait! Those new Terran Battle Cruisers look awesome!

Who is Jimmy Raynor?

I never played the original and I quit buying any box games due to all the destructive DRM that comes with them.  Actually, i know it is only a subset of games that have had really horrible DRM, but the game industry is not required to put any type of warnings on the box about that stuff, so you never know what might be there.

So I have just stayed away from it all.

Oh, sorry, you made it sound as if you had played it but didn't want to play or buy the new chapter.

It's not a problem Skuzzy, I just thought you were a Starcarft nut after hearing you liked Battlestar Galactica.  :D

DRM?

DRM stands for Digital Rights Management. Some gaming companys force you to install a 3rd party "Watchdog" piece of software designed to prevent theft of content. The problem is these programs are usually not secure and can allow backdoors to open for malicious content to break into your machine. Also they're usually not removed when the game is uninstalled and have to be manually deleted.

I had a space game called X3 that installed a DRM on my old computer, right after the install my machine went nuts with spam pop ups that forced me to rollback eveything. I later searched and found out that this DRM had links to known spyware and it was recommended to not install the game.

Think that's entertaining, try being his wingman for a night and not poking at him for his initial merges.  :D

I'll probabley get it come my birthday in September or for Xmass, got too many other things needing my hard earned money right now.

Blizzard doesn't do DRM.  They do unique registry numbers that pretty much makes games impossible to resell.

They did do that recent forum deal where they were going to require you to post under your real name, but they backed off of that on the WoW forums at least.  I don't know about the Starcraft forums.
