Look, the real issue I have with all of this is the fact that good people who join the bracket can have good clean fights with honor and good gamesmanship and the whole thing is called in a technicality because the AH community gets wrapped around the rules if they dislike the person, and fight to see the rules relaxed if they do. We saw this previously and we know the results. It is now simply ironic that the same role is reversed and I wonder exactly how the people on both sides will react.
Me personally, I have no issue with Krup winning the match, looks like he fought hard for that win and he deserved it. I felt the same way for DrSpek also and thought he fought a great fight and deserved the win, I was wrong.
I only post the quote below to show that Krup states he took a neutral stance before which goes to the fact that no it is apparently not up to the opponents in the duel who wins or loses due to the infraction of the rules.

I've said nothing negative, or positive for that matter in this thread, my status remains neutral till BaldEagl and the review committee say something.
But spek, how is it one of your films saved and not the others? Recording the whole event as 1 film would have been an easier solution to someone without much computer knowledge.
