I apologise about squad death match. I've honestly only heard of Rush and Conquest. How does it differ from TDM? Does is require teamwork? And if so, in what way that differentiates it from TDM?
But anyways rush is great because its objective-based. You don't win battles in real life by having a few good killers getting hot, the whole side needs to accomplish their objectives.
Domination, Demolition, Headquarters, Capture the Flag, and Search and Destroy are all objective based game types in Black Ops. You don't win these game types with kills, it's as simple as that. In fact, our team always has designated objective players who's whole mission in life is to capture the objectives. What makes you think that Black Ops doesn't require people to play the objective? And also, what feature or characteristic of BFBC2 forces the team to accomplish their objectives? When you don't play with a team, you play with a group of randoms that might or might not go for the objective. There is really not much communication on many Black Ops lobbies, much less any BC2 lobbies. To sum it up, I just don't get the argument that BC2 forces you play the objectives and requires anymore teamwork than Black Ops does.
