Short and simple school is getting worse and worse. My school bans hugging, doing so will result in 2 days of out of school suspension. Yet I bring a pocket knife to school, swing it around at some boy who has tighter jeans then my sister and I don't even get the angry eye by the teachers.
In fact the only person in my school that isn't a student who makes sense, is my bloody language arts teacher. He's a retired army dude with tattoos all over his body and he's the only intelligent person around. Now I consider that just sad. Every other adult either was lonely as a child or ate paint chips as a kid, and grew up with the mindset that if you loose your V-Card before age 18 your worthless.
I hate school, the only nice thing is that "nice" girls go their to make me feel happy.(very happy)

Now what do you think?(this is your time to make jokes about me since this is a school topic, they better be funny)
Lose the knife, they're handy when you're outside in the middle of nowhere or when you need to open a box or a DVD case. But, if you're in school and you're in any situation that your mouth or your feet can't get you out of you need to re-evaluate your priorities.
PDA is neat and all and lots of fun but you really should be in school to learn. If you aren't learning from your teachers, get used to it. That crap doesn't change in college at all. Read books, lots of them. Do math problems for fun, get into the higher and harder sciences and learn their basics now, even if you have to teach yourself. Work and perfect your english and grammar skills, they'll net you more profit than kissing the pretty girl ever will. Don't just read history, be passionate about it, and understand it. Your history books don't even cover 1/10th of the story they gloss over.
Love your library, and not the computers the nerds use to watch porn while bypassing the laughable security schools put on them, get into the books.
I say this not to turn you into a nerd or anti-social geek. Academics are important, being able to teach yourself is very important. But most important of all is getting a damn good GPA and keeping it now, so that when you do go to college you get a lovely fat scholarship, a head-start where everyone else is flailing, and you don't start out your life 40,000 dollars in debt with a worthless degree.
If I could do the last decade over.... so many things I would have done different.

As a side note to the knife thing, knee to groin, foot to knee should be about all you need to stop that kind of argument.
