I can translate it if you want (or even if you don't). Claiming half of Hollywood 'hates the US' is hyperbole at best and appears emotionally driven with no real evidence behind it. The incisive element doesn't rest with me. You're as 'accurate' as you are with most of your posts here. You're welcome.

...If all jane fonda did was protest the war I would not give a crap about it. Lots of folks did that. What she did was willingly travel to north viet nam and become a willing propaganda tool of the enemy. In short she "gave aid and comfort to the enemy". She knew she was doing that at the time and only became repentant over it when it effected her acting career. Given the treasonous act of supporting the enemy in a time of war, as opposed to merely protesting our government's position, she became a criminal not just a war protester. She has never been held accountable for her actions. Her "apologies" do not cut it with me or a lot of Vets.

Some people just do not have a moral compass. A basic idea of what is right and wrong.

I have always wondered why fonda was singled out.  there were thousands of people protesting, burning American flags, draft dodgers, people spitting on returning servicemen, throwing crap at them.

in high school I asked my history teacher, a vet that lost part of a foot what he thought about her.  he just said she was one of many but she was famous.

Yeah, it's so strange semp. I mean, just because she actually flew to North Vietnam for a photo op and sympathy session with the Vietcong. A big American star that had influence was in Vietnam consoling the enemy.

You know. Traveling around with the enemy saying anti-American things that were broadcast as propaganda by the enemy


So it really is baffling why she was singled out.
