What if they decided that men's rights to get a vasectomy were to be decided by state?
It might be that a state could do that. I don't think the Federal Government could, as that doesn't seem to be one of its enumerated powers.
States do seem to have the ability to determine, in that state, what medicines I can and cannot obtain, whether or not I can practice medicine, practice law, drive a car, gamble, buy alcohol, be a home builder, start a nail salon, run a restaurant, drive a bus, sell produce from my farm, hunt deer, go fishing, build a shed in my back yard, have a swimming pool, play music outdoors, put a pond on my land, etc.
If a state sucks too much, I have the legal right to move. (Which I did 3 years ago.)
