My favorite decade for music so far was the 90s. I think it tops the 60s, but I do love the 60s - as well as a bunch of stuff from any era. I just think that the stuff that came out in the 90s was such a huge wave of great talent, across genres.

Icecreamonmars.com. ICOM for short.

I'm a fan of anything done well.
Everything from Symphonies to Metal. But I'm heavy rock.

Weird, never heard that one to remember it.

Weird story
A kinda pedestrian club with mixed peds and clubbers...called ABATE, a lot of my friends and many other clubbers road their runs. They actually started motorcycle training in our state and approval by BMV.

A N Y W A Y. We had 3500-4k bikes in a run a few time a year.
The President knew what I did and asked me to setup a band for the party after a run at race track oval.
Gave the guy a number, said here, call this guy tell him what ya want.
Usually it's just local biker bands.......He bought Molly Hatchet for the day.
Therefore they need our gear, you can bet I had that throttle cracked on that system that day.

That club stuff was never something I pursued. Sometimes you become friends because they are always where you are, I don’t pursue em.. I was personal friends with many big dogs in it. They asked me If I wanted “my rocker”. I was like, wait, I’ve known you as equal friends for 10-15 yrs and now you ask me to prospect, and I have to get you a beer? No, I’m your friend, get me a drink. And this stuff where club first than bike then family? Just call me when ya want to get together, keep that rocker. I was of the mindset,… pigeons flock together, eagles fly solo. Besides full trust just isn’t there. I road heavy because I didn’t trust many around me. Some Unstable freaks, some way way out there.

That was as a life time ago, I was just 30 when I backed away. In 95 there was just too much warring going on for my blood. Plus my son was OTW, didn’t want him anywhere near it. I cleaned my act up for him. Ys gotta do the right thing.

But, the best lesson in street smarts, you can spot a lying fool 10 miles away. Don’t miss a thing about it. I’m good. Whats around now isn’t the same, its a yuppie and SOA fad. It was a learning experience I never sought. They just like/ed me <shrug> almost all of them are gone now. They were all 10 yrs older. With work amping up I just didn’t have time to ride anymore. One of my closest friends in that world was very high ranking, he ended up following me and quit the club, he was happier.

Back to the thread. Last time with MH, Danny the singer had diabetes, got sick, and had gotten way under weight, ending up dying a few months later.

As for not knowing every song, I listen to music at work all day, I road home in a silent car. I don’t even own a stereo. Tinnitus blows.

I’m good where I am in life.

Correction I was 34ish when I finally became family man.

Ya can meet up regardless, we prolly have mutual war stories on many subjects. That's what fires are for.

I have a few pics of bikes and a pedestrian crew I hung with of about 50. No patches no troubles. We did what we wanted.

Side story, one of our guys worked in a plating company,... you can bet we were all chromed out. Prolly not the right thread, but I'll dig some pics up. Many were machinist, had a few painters,...we all had great looking bikes.

Wow!  You guys are some real experts, up in here.  It’s honestly impressive how committed you all are. Not everyone has the confidence to embrace such... distinctive musical choices.

It takes real dedication to find this many songs that sound exactly like... that.
