Sweep old buddy.............just been going thru the posts........humourous at best..........pretty lame at worst......I really hope everyone kept it tongue in cheek for the discussion. But I would like to add a note(a bit of history). Canada has had one war with the US........and we feeble, toilet washin, sandbox playin canucks ( Canadians for all you uninformed..)))) royally kicked ass........never mistake tolerance ,patience and /or complacency for being feeble or weak. We do ,for the record, have an amazinhunk in the head of government........but then what country doesnt.......

So if where generalizing here

It's a fact The USA has the most hart attacks and are the  most fat people in the worldwith the exeption in california maybe

That wouldn't make much impression on the modern dutch women here

We don't use hamburgers and other fat stuff as breakfast here

When i look at tv shows like "jerry, Oprah, etc) i see the average american is old fasioned dressed too with bad haircuts.

Hell our women need that definitly

But USA is not one person.......

She though they where figurants

Very informative article. At first I didnt get it, but if you continue reading it makes a great deal of sense. I too am somewhat disturbed by my country's hard handed approach, but on the other hand, im paying good money (taxes) for all that military equipment, and would hate to see it go to waste.

I'm getting a "negative vibe" from you Euro's.  Look-you guy's enslaved 1/2 of the world under Colonialism.  You didn't hear us complaining.  Now that a new Colonialism master has emerged you guys are angry.  I understand.  You guys are feeling now what the Indians felt under British rule or the Vietnamese felt under French rule.  How does it feel????  Not good hey.  I know this version of "Colonialism" is not your standard fare.  It's much more subtle and I say much better.  Instead of occupying you're countries we have simply bought everything and we own you.  Face it…really it's not all that bad.  You will grow to like hamburgers and shopping malls.  I wonder what the poor "subjects" of you're former empires would say when they see a Euro pandering for a tourist's dollars?  Ha ha what goes around comes around.

N1kPaz, you can't be from Ohio...no way..I mean I didn't know you guys had computers in trailer parks.  If you are from Ohio then how could you agree w/ a Frenchman?  Didn't your mama teach you better than that.  I've known only a few people from Ohio and yes they were ignorant,  child-like fools but they never agreed w/ a Frenchman.  Do that here in D-town and that will buy you a big can of whoop ass..................Our enemy is the Euro's.  Come-on get w/ the program!!!!!!!!!!!! BS. Even if you count the French & Indian Wars, Canada vs USA is at best 0-1-1.

Doesn't even get you into the War semis!
