There is absolutely nothing in the Terms of Service addressing “bugs”. Furthermore, where would you draw the line between an honest misunderstanding and deliberate exploitation? Besides, who elected you as chairman of the ethics committee anyway?

It is an undeniable fact that bugs WILL be exploited, either by intent or by accident. Invariably, some will decide that if you can’t beat them, join them, and who can blame them for that? Either that, or avoid situations where the bug can effect you. Like the guys who repeatedly respawn at camped locations, I have no sympathy for guys who were popped over and over again by “dead acks”. I lost a P-47 to “dead ack”, but thereafter avoided flying low over an enemy field. In all likelihood, the guys who suffered most where probably vulching anyway, another sportsman like activity!
Please take a few steps back and perhaps you’ll see how ridiculous this tirade and name calling sounds to most of us.

LOL! Your nothing but a Lemming since you pretty much use the arguement that since everyone else was abusing this bug to gain an advantage, you might as well to. Who cares if cheating ruins the fun for most of the players. Like I said in my post before, you spin it the way you want because again by your own admissions in previous posts, you were one of the 'Lemmings'. So if you have to cheat in a game, that's pretty much your problem I guess and rather sad in my opinion.
And as for trying to compare this to 'spawn camping', sheesh, talk about trying to pull gold out of your ass. While spawn camping might be a little on the gamey side of things, it is in no way comparable to someone abusing a known bug to gain an advantage (i.e. cheating) and pretty much just shows that you really don't have a leg to stand on.
Anyway, the bug has been fixed but as maxtor pointed out on his post, the map can be reset easier than some reputations. I used to consider you one of the better peoples in the game but now I consider you no better than anyone else that cheats.
