Uh, Yeah.

If you check my sig, which is spelled correctly, unlike yours was, you can see, my mother and father got together, and named me Joseph Pizzo. Now, stay with me here, it may get confusing for you. "MUCK" is a callsign the squad gave me. You see, in AH, we use these handles, and not our real names. "MAW" stand for Marine Air Wing, which is the squad I fly for.

Did you get all that, or should I draw you a diagram?

I don't have anything against you Aron. But don't pretend to be somthing your not. That just insults our intelligence, and aggravates me.

Sorry I'm late gettin to this weaz, but... I have to chime in.  I can confirm that Slick Willy was "never" any more than lip service away from moving on Iraq (not that that should be a suprise).  If you only knew some of the things he sat on you'd ... well you know.  Slicky boy never did anything much more than annoy the military (and I'm very sure he went to bed smiling about that every night for 8yrs.  I bet he even had after sex small talk with Janet about it)

Actually Vermillion, that isn't necessarily true (about the PE stuff that is).

I'm an enginer, BSME, but not a PE.  I misssed the PE by tow points when I take the test right out of coledge

The only differance between a PE and and a non PE is you get thos tow letters after your nam.  After that, is just fluff.  Just like all those letter the computer guys put after thier names :D  Dosn't meen noting

This past Tuesday night Tumor.

The details they reported seemed a bit more than lip service.

IIRC they were pretty close to going back in with troops before plans were tabled.

The hatchet job done on Clinton by Starr and the right wing was a disgrace and the country is still dealing with the political fallout.

A lot of Americans are really pissed off about it.....I'm just one of the more vocal ones. ;)

Politics have always been dirty, but the right wing escalated it to levels that are bad for the country.

I doubt the U.S. has been this polarized since the Civil War.

Stay safe over there, hope you get to come home soon.

Nerd note:  PE means a lot in some industries.   Every drawing that comes out of our office has to be stamped by a PE.

Here's a simple question to all you folks who think our current conflict is setting such a terrible precedent:

How is it ANY different from when we invaded Panama and Haiti?

Modas, yes I understand totally. :)

I have a BS Electrical Engineering from WVU in Dec 1991, and a MS in Environmental Engineering from Marshall University in May 1994.  And if you want proof, contact me in person, and I'll happily supply proof of my credentials. (sorry for the spelling, I'm half drunk right now)

Funked's met me in person, and I think he will vouch that I'm not full of toejam... well, at least not totally ;)

I'm taking the PE on April 11.  And if you really want to know, I'll look up my FE license number which I passed about 5 years ago.

But see.. you knew what I meant !! :D  Aron did not.  If he did, he would have responded the way that you did.  Which leads me to believe that he's another posing roadkiller who tells "tall tales" on the BBS.

See where I'm going? :) hehehehe

EDIT: Oh yah, take the the time to study for either test, the FE or the PE, and you won't ever call it "fluff".  I know many degree'd engineers who have taken the test over and over and over.  And they still haven't passed.  While I think its more a matter of the time and effort of studying, its not what I'd call "fluff" :)

You know, I think I like muckmaw. He uses the same approach as I when deriding people. Belittling them is sooo fun to do, and even funnier to watch :).
