You can form your own opinions about this.

I usually stay pretty low-key on argumentative topics and avoid stating my own strong opinions.  In this case I'm going to state my personal opinion.  I think IEN should be ashamed of going to this length.  The accusation and suit feels very much like a last gasp of breath for survival.  The ends never justifies the means.

Well frankly, yes ;).

Consider this a "digest" since (1) It wasn't clear at all by the titles of the other threads and (2) others wouldn't have to spend 30 minutes reading through all the threads like I did to figure out if it was indeed true or not.

And here I thought the reason we are paying to play this sim was to have fun and enjoyment. I didn`t realize we had to get into the legal aspects of running a business online. What do I know?
I can see that by reading the posts on, this part of the game is porked and that part of the game is porked  and the "I think this should be changed" posts that is has become obvious that at least 50% of the player base believes that they could create a much better sim. What I find strange is all of this unused talent is going to waste. What I mean by this is simple. If everyone is so much better at building a flight sim and can find so many flaws in Aces High, why hasn`t anyone done it yet?
Name a flight sim that is better, just one. Name one that even comes close.
Until then , leave how things are done in the sim and how the business is run to Dale. If not build a better one and run it the way you want it run.

yeah jakal.. you shouldn't complain no matter what you get for your money.   I mean.. simply paying for a service doesn't give you the right to have an opinion on it.

The most applicable point to be made in addition to yours above is this....a very small representation of the player base actively post on these boards.
