Funny, several missions out in the middle of nowhere and suddenly from nowhere, here come enemy aircraft.
Later someone private voices me from Jokers Joker I think he said (whatever that is) saying I shouldn't be on their channel. I chatted him and explained that we must have had bleed through, switched back to our mission channel and asked if he could hear me and did not receive a response. He was pretty irate thinking I was spying.
So I'm still wondering how THAT happened. Unless maybe he was in on our channel? Can people listen in to another channel from another side?
OK SO LATER, we decide to do a fighter sweep from a random base. We broadcast it several times telling the BISH to grow a pair and meet us high in the sky.
Midway to the base or 'area of operation' , we are met with TONS of aircraft. 190 at first, then a 51, then about 5-10 others...then 20...then 30. Well I think we all did pretty good.
That was us in the c205s btw, and no i wouldn't not suggest using the default conv on these aircraft fyi as they drop too soon for deflection...BUT that's not the point I'm making here.
ALL in all it was fun in the end, frustrating in the beginning that people were blatantly listening to us.
-We had a goon SITTING THERE telling us where he was sitting for a LONG time, as soon as he states that, two enemy air (LA and 109) fly around him and find him, shooting him on the ground.
-Multiple goon missions thwarted, several flyers flying in a group obviously scouting our mission.
-We take off from a totally different field, fly WAY out of the way intentional to prove this point, and of course - here come 5 or so enemy air to take down our NOE mission..
I can go on and on about instances. 3 goons in different locations, each one specifically hunted down in remote areas by multiple enemy aircraft. Very concerted effort that I've NEVER seen before.
All in all it was about 10 missions tonight where it seemed like they KNEW we were coming. The only time we were successful was when I flew a goon low and didn't talk until the town was down.
As fun as that high alt meet and greet way, that was pretty pathetic to listen in and even if it were a bug, not to alert someone to this.
OH well. Such is the $$$ machine that has become Aches & High 2

I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry.
Seriously man. Are you serious? Seriously.
-
I will second this. I was a participant in many of these missions (as well as yelling at the spy, we all know you were listening) and I can say we we're definitely ratted out by a spy. And not a country spy, a Radio spy deliberately using bleed over. I want to know who these guys are, so I can recommend them for some training. You guys can't hit bullpucky. :rofl

^^^^Said the bish^^^^^
yea we were outnumbered several times and totally dominated. Pretty fun racking up the perkies!
I tried to play nice and just help those that needed it but had to take a few shots there at the end hehe.

F4U got me in the end. None of the -51's or Spitfires landed a single ping, not even the MANY 190A-series! They really, and I mean REALLY need some aiming practice. Oh, and by the way, we ended up driving ALL of those bastards about 2.5K below the majority of us, enjoying a significant advantage most of the fight. I easily avoided those bish pony drivers. They even suck when the HO.

I think he is serious and seems quite perturbed.
Anyone have any popcorn before this thread gets locked?

Any numbered VOX or text channel from 200 and above will be open to all countries. If you use it for a mission and get intercepted its your own stupidity. If you go above 500ft and someone sees a dar bar in that sector and flies around to check it out doesn't mean they're spying. It means you screwed up. Just because you get intercepted doesn't mean someone is spying on you. I remember once going ahead of my squaddies to knock out a radar before they got there and found a niki/110 mission rolling. I followed them and in a few minutes had my squaddies and about ten other countrymen swarming them. I suggest editing your posts while you can because posting what you did just makes you look like a whining cry baby whose night didn't go his way.

NO!!!!!!!!! It's all in good fun. Just want to know the full rules before I play a game that's all. Thought I understood what was and what wasn't. We joked about a spy for awhile then one mission in particular is where we realize that there actually was something wrong. Shortly after I received the personal voice so OBVIOUSLY THERE WAS a bleed through.
Hey I still had fun! Better than work. Bit frustrating to find out that we have technical issues in this game that completely go unaddressed ...constantly. (Cough invincible p51 that didn't exist until a patch was released 6 months later)....
Locking threads were no one is allow to express dissatisfaction with a bug in a game or a method of gaming the game is pretty lame. Usually the sign of a major decline for a game (ie: wwiionline)

ch183
and we are talking 50+ fighters meeting at almost the exact altitude we stipulated on our channel.
Oh another instance in a film I call the 'cho cho' because , well I landed near the train tracks. I knew the mission was bust and said "guys I'm here in a goon waiting west of their base near the train tracks" ..1 minute later 3 airplanes flying STRAIGHT for the tracks ..bam..dead.
Sorry, efficiency like that is not possible without bleed through or direct spying. And I can vouch for every single person on that channel tonight.

me and my squad welcome spies. makes our missions more fun :t we dont mind a fight. but dont tell oDALLASo that he thinks we only take undefended bases. the way we think about it is the more the fight the better. we are not only out here to take bases. we are out there to have fun and fight as well.

Are we capable of playing two systems from one IP address? If so I wonder if some folks grab 2 weekers to go with their reg accounts and spy in. I bet if HT would check for this (which would be easy), this will eliminate a large portion of the spying. I can't imagine how else it's really being effective other than a couple friends working opposite sides for each other...but hey I could be wrong...
-
Was fun either way.
I think it was the Knights though.
It was the most blatant case of spying I have ever
encountered! The Knits must be desperate.
Either that, or they have a weak player base
and are just trying to amount to something.
Anyway, when we knew were being monitored we
set out to launch a huge fighter sweep in C.205's
and, naturally, we were met by a large group of
opposing planes. And no, it wasn't a coincidence
silly rabbit. We knew we were being monitored and
set out to prove it..and did so on multiple occasions.
Only this time we decided to have fun with it and
post a fighter sweep mission that we knew would
have significant opposition.
Turned out to be a huge aerial battle at 20K
even though it was, *cough*, arranged.
Lotsa fun!
The majority of our opponents were the
Pigs on a Wing who were the first to meet
us at our altitude. Other players followed but the
Pigfs were the majority of our opponents.
Not accusing anyone...just saying is all. :uhoh
Now if only the "Pigs On The Wing" had brought up some
allied fighters it would have been like a real WWII
matchup. Us in our 21 C.205's and you in your
allied planes...but sadly, it wasn't to be.
The kitchen sink came up to meet us.
Well, I didn't expect much...but at least
you gave us a good fight and you are on our radar
now and we will meet again! ;)
The screenies do it absolutely no justice.

Yes, it is possible to play AH from one IP, I used to play AH with my nephew near by on the same connection. Once in a while, I'd hear comms meant for him and vice versa. The biggest problems occurred when I gunned for his A20, it would often give me the 'gunner stuck underground' bug.
Either way, I think you are being paranoid about this.

Nah Del, he's not.
It was obvious tonight.
I may have doubted that the practice was widespread but
tonight's episodes were so blatant, repeated and directed that
they could have not been chance encounters.
But hey, I don't really care. Their loss I figure.
When the Knits start spying, we just attack the Bish
and vice-versa. We only stayed with it tonight
because we wanted to use their spying to orchestrate
a big furball...which we did.

More of a one-sided ass-kicking than a furball for a good part of the fight, though. :aok

LOL! yea! We whooped 'em!
Even earlier, when we were in Tiffies and heavy, and they
had an alt advantage, we creamed 'em!
Yup, seems like, in an even fight, they have no chance at all. :rofl
-
I promise you if you were flying with us you would understand. I can't describe it very well as it's late.
An no the screenies DO NOT give it justice. No screenies of us grouped up or at the merge!?!?
I realized film wasn't rolling about halfway through the battle, and it's STILL a huge file.
At any one time at least 10 within fighting range of each other.
Unfortunately about 25% of our guys allowed themselves to be lulled into the diving kill and pulled toward the mid alt fight.

No sin, I have a crappy PC and getting decent screenies is tough.
Would like to see some more though.
I know that there was no FSO tonight but dang, it sure
felt like one!
BTW, the March [MoM] will be a coordinated affair between the
Rooks and the Bishops and it will feature a gargantuan
furball for people into that sort of thing. More on that later!

Ask limbo. He often gets missions going where we meet up at a certain point with the bish. Say 15-20 vs 15-20. all of us in one plane all of them in one plane. Usually we are outnumbered by at least 5 planes and leave with at least half our planes left. :)
Superior pilots, maybe not. But I think our little rag tag group of mixed up squads seem to have our stuff together a bit, alot more to learn though. *S*

Hi oldman,
You misunderstand. Its not a complaint, its a vindication.
Second, who's complaining. I just think its poor gamesmanship.
Don't you?
Finally, it doesn't reflect badly on us.
We made the best of their cheating and turned it
into a fight that we won so, in the end, they
not only cheated, but they lost too.
Why people on these boards criticize those who decry cheating
escapes me. Its just like the world I guess. Bizarro world.

People criticize because those who cry "spy" usually do so without any meaningful evidence let alone proof.
LMAO -- you were flying large numbers of aircraft at altitude, creating a large dar bar -- and you don't think that would attract attention? Sheesh.
And why not 20K? They knew it was Rooks coming . . .
Pick less predictable targets if you are looking to avoid a fight.

I was having a pretty good fight down south until this whining started. (http://i447.photobucket.com/albums/qq197/Chalenge08/costumed-smiley-011.gif)

You encountered opposition? Sounds like a lot of fun!
-
Wow the pigs were spying? Here I thought it was just one of our guys watching from above you. Could of sworn I saw his dot near your raids calling us to them.
By the way your typh raid did not cream us. I believe you never got into the radar circle. After that we heard about your little 205 raid and came up to fight there. We didn't do as well with that fight. Probably the altitude disadvantage did us in but we cleaned your flight up and it was nothing but green left over our carrier.
-
Honestly, you guys want a base capture game? Try Age of Empires. This is just getting pathetic.
-
If you use a numerical squad channel people can hop on it and you won't know they are there unless they also type it in the vox or you see their orange, or what color you have set, squad icon. I would suggest you just set the radio to squad for missions. When I was with RT we caught several people on our text channel while not on our voice channel. The only reason we caught them was that they goofed up and typed unintentionally on the text channel. RT eventually changed channels.
I'm really glad you posted this issue for better or worse. For the last 3 camps I have felt there has been much more of this than in the past. I've just seen way too many times where a guy looks like he's protecting a base but isn't. There are folks who can back me up on this. The other day I was defending a vbase with my turret pointed to the spawn point. What does the m3 do. He lets out troops behind me and was completely out of sight. I see them in time and they don't get the base but I honestly believe someone was in the tower giving him instructions. Then a few minutes later I see someone just sitting in a Werble while the town is being taken down at a different base. I have many more examples but these two will suffice. I know the RT had experienced the same thing as you and I believe the jokers as well. Maybe it's all just coincidence. I can't prove nothing.
Now for those who say well you should be glad you ran into opposition and had a fight. Well that is all well and good except now you know the plane type the alt and the path. The mission then is at a severe disadvantage and the element of surprise is gone. Further, if some one is spying in a tower giving locations of enemy defense that certainly is a huge advantage to the other country and helps them avoid contact or least seek some advantage they wouldn't have had without that information.
Now on the issue of base captures that is old and tired. You can get 50 pages of squabble if you want to go there. I'm not.
-
When with your squad, always use SQUAD channel.
When in a mission, always use MISSION channel.
BUT it sounded like you got some nice fights out of it, so that is a plus.
-
It's not unheard of for other countries to hear a vox (below 200 ) chan. A few years back we had a day or 2 of the Nits being able to hear our vox, they couldn't talk or type to us excet type on 200. Was weird and they were cool about and didn't exploit it for nefarious purposes.
Not sure how it happens, but it seems that it does every so often.

1st I am a pig an the bish typh raid was busted fairly by one squaddie just happening to spot it and call it out. That hvy typh raid never made it to shore. There was no spying of any kind involved it was a chance spotting as we had been defending that base and was planning a raid of our own.And it got busted big time.As far as the 205 I was not involved and had logged

Hey guys.....Yamamoto is flying here and there on these days at this time.
But we won't send a crapload of p-38's to intercept....we were bad boys for intercepting Japanese radio transmission.

Funny but Ive never heard it. I'll take your word for it tho.
Earlier in the night we had the magical 262s that appeared, "magically" right as we were taking off. And the funny thing is they were both about 100' off the ground. If you set a watch to when the mission was posted and when it was launched it was spot on for the time it would take to launch two 262s and get them there low level. Exactly what are the odds two 262s would magically appear when a huge mission was launching, flying in at 100'? "As if anyone flys them on the deck anyways". About 100,000 to 1? 1,million to 1?
Yes, you will say, "well you got to shoot down some 262s didntya"? But the question remains why would anyone play like that? And those that do would you put it past them to cheat in other ways as well? Like shade accounting?
None of this is any big deal. Looking at the big picture of our lives nobody cares if a couple fools feel the need to watch the enemy with a 2nd computer and then swoop in right when they are launching a cartoon mission. But the question remains who would even bother playing like that? Exactly what kind of creep?
-
Sometimes it's all down to just luck, A few weeks ago myself and Sidey were going on a base porking run to stop GV's spawning to the next base over, was in a heavy Jug and Sidey in a Heavy P38. I was just going over the top on the VH when I saw a whole bunch of B24's spawn on the end of the runway, we both called them out and changed targets. Between us we came away with 24 kills after running away like girls laughing like hyenas all the way back to our base. Even the guys we killed saw the humor in the situation.
-
"As if anyone flys them on the deck anyways".
Actually a lot of folks keep their jets on the deck, you can usually track mine by following the trail of crispy brown treetops.
-
Had this once, upped from a cv, headed over to a base, heard a call "High Corsair", urgently scanned the area, and the only Corsair there was me!!
Call had bled through from the 3 nme guys there below me - obviously I died soon after.....but made me jump, and giggle a bit...lol...

Yes i realize this. I'm just telling you what happened. Personally I don't think the 'final battle' was 100% a spy issue, but I think it precipitate some to go scouting and
NO it wasn't the large dar, there was already a full friendly dar in the area north of us as there was a base north of us. They would have upped and gotten to alt in 2 minutes (impossible even in a 163) when we crossed over the new dar to equal what happened.
Like I said, not sure about that last battle but the others were obvious.

If i ever fly a jet Im at tree top level working my way up :aok

Going back to what Joker said a wile back, since we are again being acused of spying.
"We have good map readers like ghi, Mike, and Busher. They all know how to tell when a raid is coming in, and they always look around the map to see what is going on."
They always plan to see what's going to happen when they do somthing so they can counter for it always in the near future. I know Buster knows first hand.
Enough said.
In.
I would suppose you change the name of the topic, or is it to late?
-
This is a facet of my entertainment post real life responsibilities.
If when I hit my golf ball, they move the hole - I'm going to complain about it if it moves mid putt. Move it BEFORE I putt and I could care less (I suck anyway!)
YES I realize the Jokers are Bish, I'm just telling you what one said. If I have to, I'll recall the name in the movie file and ask him to post here directly to attest to this.
But I suspect the lemmings that most of you are who blindly bash before you learn the truth - labeling those that post about reality as 'drama' or trolls, will ignore any forms of evidence just for the sake of argument.
This isn't golf, this is an interactive game with hundreds of people on at any given time.
It's also a facet of entertainment for all who participate, not just you.
Unlike golf the changing dynamics or the hole moving as in your example are part of the game.
The unexpected and things not working out to your expectations are part of the challenge.
Your quote...
But I suspect the lemmings that most of you are who blindly bash before you learn the truth - labeling those that post about reality as 'drama' or trolls, will ignore any forms of evidence just for the sake of argument.
Starting threads suggesting conspiracies and complaining because your mishun was intercepted is
nothing but drama. Watching the film to get a name so a guy can testify on the BBS over something that happened in a game?
Are you serious? :lol Every night plans and missions work and fail, win and lose in this game. This is a game not reality.
If you think it is reality you're the lemming that's already gone off the cliff.

If you are rook and are referring to the mission that upped at A39. That was one of my squaddies and me in those on the deck 262's.
We'd been tracking your groups for a couple of missions and debating where you were headed next and where you would be comming from.
In light that A11 was a zone base. And the method that was being used to take the bases you were. Taking the port first seemed obvious.
Our OTD 262 flight served two purposes.
Knowing it takes a few minutes to get everyone together and ready to roll again. It was the fastest way to get there.
Under dar meant you wouldnt know we were comming so you wouldnt change your plans. the last thing we wanted was for you to change your plans
Our goal was to get there and kill off ammo before you could up. Or if you had already upped. Kill off the ammo to prevent further heavy missions from that base, disrupt the mission And/or kill off your goons. Until we could get enough people to notice to defend the base.
We did accomplish what we intended. Both of us managed to land.
After that. No matter where you went. We werent far behind.
You did manage one more base capture primarily because I received a business call and was not available.
We managed to get some of the more dependable Knights involved in doing little more then just paying attention to the map.
Including laying in wait for the next attempt that was made on the port.
As I keep saying. spies. No spies. It doesnt matter. Most missions can be found out simply by paying attention to the map.
We didnt use any spies. 99% of the time you dont have to. All we did was watch the map and use an educated guess.
the first was a surprise but After we saw the seond mission after that It was pretty simple to figure out what was going to happen and where.
It was just a matter of getting the word out and enough people to listen to the warnings.
Problem is. Most people dont pay attention untill its too late. Or dont respond to warnings given by those that are until its too late.
My compliments to whomever was running those rook missions last night. No small feat getting that many people together at once, And having all of them maintain the under dar status the entire trip. "A" for effort.
I give you another "A" for moving the objectives around and not staying in one particular area. and for the speed in which you managed to end one mission and get another up and under way. Again. No small feat given the number of players involved
But
Given the massive amount of players involved though. Had you been a bit more creative in your planning You could have really put us on the ropes and pretty much run the table.
All in all though, it was a one hell of a fun night plotting and defending against you. Ir enabled my squadmate and I to do exactly what I had originally intended for our squad (the Gremlins) to be about. That is. Being alert enough to the map to make like the fabled gremlins of old and screw things up for the opposing sides. Be it your base or the plan of your mission. Showing that even a small number of players CAN make a difference.
May not always be completely successful. But its a hell of alot of fun to try
Most fun I've had in the game in a long long time.
I :salute You
(Shameless plug) "Gremlin" squad is now reopened to new membership. anyone interested in joining. Or simply winging with us See myself, Flit. or Agflit in the MA.
We couldnt care less about score or rank cept as a source of personal amusement.
First objective And rule 1 is to have fun. We do that by the second objective. Ruining the opposing sides fun, orr whatever we collectively happen to feel like doing at the time :D
any questions, See rule 1 LOL
-
Thanks for clearing that up Dred!
Was fun. We were laughing alot and you are
right, that is rule number #1. Fun was had by
all...except maybe the goon drivers. :cry
The last mission was a pure furball and was a
ton of fun too!
Now that we know we are being tracked...we will....HIT THE BISH!
No! Just kidding! We'll just make it harder for you next time! :D

Life in war is tough.
Remember no one has to spy to watch your cons or the dar bar.
Why are you running missions in the middle of nowhere expecting no retaliation? Don't they call that Milk Running? And if someone was spying on milk runners,.. good for him. Seems two dweebs found each other.
I noticed last night, every time a milk running mission from the Knits happened (which they seem to like doing, along with instant vulch), as soon as they got any resistance they moved on to where there was no resistance. Which I suppose is smart, depending on POV, if all you want to do is take bases with massive horde with no one fighting back for their last 20% of bases.
I don't know if you're Bish or Knits, but to complain that someone caught you milk running or even just missons and tried to stop it,...<shrug>.. owell.
Let alone milk running on a country that has has lost 80% of their bases,... ehhh,.. not good taste IMO. but to each their own...
Best squad is a squad that can take a base with minimal numbers. I'll bet I can take a base in two runs with 7 pile-its, or less. Milk running, I could prolly do it with 4-5. I'm just not into taking bases as much as the fight trying to.
BTW, in WWII Spying happened massively on all sides. Chances are it was just your dar bar movement.

This thread demonstrates everything that is wrong with the game. And no one spied. I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Laugh so hard THAT you cry :aok

I think that's what I just did.

Midway to the base or 'area of operation' , we are met with TONS of aircraft. 190 at first, then a 51, then about 5-10 others...then 20...then 30.
Standard noodle size exaggeration.

<S>
I encourage you to to read the book "Strategy" by B.H.Liddel Heart.
Old book. Tough read in some parts. But will give you some insights you might not have considered.
LOL if there is just me up of my squad. I might not be paying alot of attention to the map in general unless Im bored with what Im doing
If there is more then one Gremlin on. Then odds are we are paying attention to whats going on on all fronts. Some we respond to. Some we dont.
In any event last night combined a couple of my favorite things to do in game. The strategical chess match, and the desperate struggle to take or keep a base. Where a matter of moments can make the difference either way.
Last night to me it seemed that the A11 zone base was the crown jewel. Take that base and you not only controlled supplies for the bases you took. but would have made retaking those bases even hard for us as you would have had control of supplies to alot of bases you didnt have. As such all you would have had to do was knock out our base supplies and we would have had to resupply manually. Thus making an offensive on our part much more difficult. whereas no matter how many times we hit you. It would only be a matter of time before your stuff came back up.
thats why our hitting the ammo with the 262s was one of our primary objectives. Kill that and if we could hold the port. It would be much more difficult for you to mount another offensive in that area from that base as we controlled the zone base to it.
Manually resupplying would have cost you alot of manpower to get it up again rapidly. And once a few more people began to defend the area south of the port. There was a good chance it might just turn into a feeding frenzy of us killing your goons.
Our two 262's cqaused you to break under dar status. combined with our text warnings of "Many planes, many goons" we were able to delay you just, and I mean JUST long enough for the knights to mount a defence.
Just so you know. we didnt escape completely unscathed. On my ammor run on the feild. Feild ack blew a big hole in the inboard side of my port engine and it was pi$$ing oil. By some miracle it held out long enough for me to kill off two of your goons. At which point it died and I after receiving some light pings from someones 38 I only barely managed to get away.
Agflits craft got all shot up and had an aileron knocked off. He only barely managed to do an engines off sideslipping landing while barely managing to keep enough airspeed to keep him aloft to the runway.
Had he augered or had to ditch it would have been a really tough break for him as he only barely had enough perks to take a 262 up (Cost was 250)
I believe his comments after he ended mission was "That was WORK I was literally sweating"
After that and combined with the lack of ammo at 39 (or was it 59?) and the attention that was now being drawn to that area. it made sense that you would try to draw attention elsewhere.
and so the flights and fights went on.
I just barely missed by about 2 seconds preventing troops in at another base (I forget which one)
there was one other base. in the south you almost took. How many flipping goons did you bring? I know I killed 3, Agflit killed at least 2. and I think it was Hopper that killed 3 more. LOL Lotta goons. Barely held onto that one even with the defenders that had upped.
I might even have it filmed. I'll haveta check
That last flight (the one with all the 110's was given away practically from the start. while you were under dar. EVERYTHING in the area was blinking and lighting up like a Christmas tree.
When you have that many things flashing. and no dar signature. Its a sure sign something is going on. unfortunately you ended up being surrounded on 3 sides 1 CV to the west. 1 to the north and one field to the east.
then there was the port to the northwest.
It was funny as hell when someone spotted you and said "There they are on the deck over the water! Have at em boys!"
Like something out of a movie LOL

. If you go above 500ft and someone sees a dar bar in that sector and flies around to check it out doesn't mean they're spying. It means you screwed up.
is that AGL, or ASL?
-
is that AGL, or ASL?
Probably ASL...random dar poping up in the middle of the ocean usualy means a cv is there and someone dident get down quick enough. I would usualy go look arround for it if I saw that happen. But if I find the cv then apparently i have another account.

Not entirely. You get those mega squads and get one guy to switch...someones not really going to notice that ONE GUY out of 60 that are on a different country.
-
Ok, dude seriously calm down. Multiple times people come on the boards and complain about how there mission got trashed by some lame spy or they were intercepted because the two weeker popped when hewasn't supposed to. Spies happen, better get used to it. There's no possible or logical way to get rid of the spies , so might as well forget about it. Thanks to everyone who congratulated each other on the good fight and are taking the thread lightly. If you want to post on these boards, make it positive, and quit crying. Because frankly, half of us don't care.

Was on an noe mission yesterday and some 2 weeker wouldn't get on the deck for nothing. We told him to hit enter 3 times hehe.

ya hear whining about undefended capture. We went on a p40 mish just to start trouble.Even put it on 200 we had a goon otw.get there and no one wants to fight so we start tearing up town to provoke em.still no real resistance.we end up taking since they didnt seem to want to defend it.I have been on defenses before and fighting a good size group and then you start hearing countrymen giving up.Too many they got us.I dont quit till system says over.Too many times we have saved it by hanging in there.Same thing with captures.too many give up too easily.Just cause they have uppers dont mean it cant be down with teamwork and using your head.My favorite is had a town defended by 2 tanks and they were engaging and going into town.I rolled an m3 right behind them and follwed them into town and dropped troops. In fact I would rather take a base with a few of my squaddies or ones I know arent gonna be worried about score and leave ya hanging than a horde of ones worried about score or only vulching and not providing proper cover

On the topic of spying, I won't do it, however, as previously mentioned in this thread, it will always be a factor to contend with. I don't expect HTC to police spying complaints. Several members posted good advice on safe com pratices...our squad utilizes those techniques and for the most part it works.
The one tactic that I believe is totally unfair is the stealing of aircraft carrier groups and moving them to obscure locations. Yesterday, that once again happened to us. I am not aware of in the history of warfare where a carrier group was stolen from an opposing country. But, such is game play, I just feel sorry for those so inclined to do so.
At any rate, remember to pratice safe com and always use a COMdom.

I have the film. I will get it posted soon. Expect the ahf format of course.
It was one heck of a night. What they are saying is true. No matter what, the LCA are always up for a good fight. Look for our names in lights.

OK watched the film and all I can say is it looked like a ton of fun. I'm gonna start creating missions just so spies can intercept them. I don't know what the complaint is?

Hello,
I wanted to let you know that we as a squad appreciated the fights that were given. I can assure you that your interception was just good awareness of the 4 sectors or so that the Pigs were prowling in. I look forward to more fun fights Gentleman.

Typically in History carrier groups did not re spawn.

The fact that carrier groups re-spawn is an AH design element of the game outside of our control. The fact that some players willfully choose to change countries for the purposes of moving an enemy cv to an obscure location is within a players control (assuming the player has a high enough ranking). That is where the difference between your statement and mine lays.
