have you watched any of the webisodes yet? they are small story lines that are separate stories than what you will see on tv. i guess there will be 10 in all. you can find them here.

The 5th one cannot be one of the main characters - too obvious.

I say it is the Irish lawyer.

I think it would be quite lame to make the final cylon, the granddaddy of them all, the most shocking revelation yet...some minor character?  I don't think they are trying to trick us here, you have to pick someone that fits.  :cough: Baltar :cough:

Baltar is far too obvious...and they've been playing along with he might be a cylon since the beginning..

Tigh was far too much of a stretch as it was, the fact Adama knew him from the first cylon war seems to have been completely glossed over...Tom Zarek would've seemed a good choice but considering he spent 20 years in prison prior to the start of the second Cylon war would discount him (although again that wasnt a problem with Tigh), or maybe the return of Ellen Tigh or Admiral Cain would be a good twist seeing how the 5th isnt part of the existing fleet

If you go back to the Mini-series, didn't Lee jump to find the fleet in his Viper, like out of the blue?  I haven't seen it in a couple years and can't remember.  How easy would for him to have been planted.  Just needed a Viper from one of the many destroyed Battlestars.

I don't think that the 5th Cylon can come back from the dead.  I was under the assumption the final five each only had one body.

possibly but, we aren't sure either way right now. It would make for a interesting plot twist.
I'm really hoping they splain how the other 4 were cylons and for how long <ie. Col. Tigh> Were they switched at some point? Tigh and Adama knew each other for YEARS going back to the 1st war. Was he a Cylon then?

i think that this is why they are going forward with the prewar series. caprica will probably be used to establish the events that allowed the five to be placed within the human population without even their own knowledge of it.

just a guess though. if they leave the mystery then they will attracked viewers to the new show out of curiosity.

Makes you wonder if they had chips implanted in their heads on new caprica or something.
