No.  I sent you all (the review committee) a PM and want your decisions as normal (via PM).  It's really up to you (the committee who's findings are the final authority) but I thought it might merit comments from the community as well.  If you listen to the audio you'll get the just of the dispute.  It's really a sportsmanship issue.  We each have a win we don't want to claim so we fought several more times.

While I may accept this, I expect results to be posted accotring to the rules so that I can verify that the correct plane was flown in the first duel:

109g2 - Tr1gg
zero -Tr1gg
Plane - Winner (if needed)
!S Mjsmoke Ty for the good fights..

By unanimous decision (with one minor qualification from one member), the review committee has made a determination on the BaldEagl vs. MORTIS duels.  The result, as I expected it to be, was:

rd #1 - Yak-9U - Mortis
rd #2 - Spit IX - BaldEagl
rd #3 - Hurricane MkIIC - Mortis

:salute Ink and good luck the rest of the way.

One day I'll get past the first round.   :frown:

I'm going to give you guys a 48 hour extension to get your duel in.  You'll have until noon Tuesday to post results.

BE,

I received a PM from 6BpacBoy today....as follows:

Re: 1 v 1
« Sent to: Changeup on: Today at 12:30:09 PM »

You win by default I didn't notice the Tues. part. Doesn't really matter to me. You can take the win.

Its not exactly how I would have liked it but it is what it is I suppose.

Changeup

Try to arrange it.  I'm going to give you the same 48 hour extension.

Be aware that in both these cases this does not delay the next duels for whoever wins and also that it places an additional burdon on the next opponents in shortning the time frame that the have to arrange and duel the next round.
