Friendly Collisions: keep it or leave it

removing score all together from CT would be a positive move for the room

it would remove the "pressure" some feel to get that kill so their score improves, maybe leaving 1 v1's alone and find another fight

it would keep more in planes instead of forcing them to gv's to keep their overall score up

heck, remove the victory messages when you land - you know how many you got when you land, and the other guy knows why he is sitting in the tower again ... anything past that is just ego stuffing

Hey, it's VERY IMPORTANT to me to know my score so that I can show it off, AND and for everyone else to see how many kills I land all the time.

Very important.

I need to have my ego stuffed.

Funny, we've had killshooter off in the CT for around 2 months now.  Seems like no one noticed. (Oh well)

Alright, it's official, we'll leave Friendly collisions on for now..

The only drawback are the missions - the spawns will kill everyone. The only way to do it is to have a spawn that is seperated by a minute for EACH plane. It'll be a bit of work to do it but it could work.

Wow.  What a DAMN good idea.  Doesnt have to be a full minute, 20 - 30 seconds would probably be enough, as long as they dont sit on the runway picking their nose or something.  But seriously, the mission spawn thing was one of the big reasons I thought it was a bad idea to start with (at least for the MA, but there are lots of reasons I dont think it would work well there).  WTG!

I thought the arena was a failure. Why are you suggesting changes if you think that?

I think it's cool to have to be careful when landing

but if it's the reason the CT is empty, it should go

something needs to change as CT is currently useless as it is empty 95% of my flying time
