RPM needs a clue...anyone...anyone at all :rofl

Lol!

A product of "every child needs a village" I guess.

Let's see...

Obama has yet to produce a birth certificate with a state seal on it.  Is he even a US Citizen?
Hussein Obama is backed by Saudi Islamic fundamentalists.
Biden the VP is radically against the Constitution which guarantees rights to firearms ownership.
Obama wants to increase the size of the government; meaning more taxes and less individual freedom.

vs.

McCain a war veteran; 22 yrs of service with family serving the country.
McCain a PoW; helping others in captivity to survive.
Palin the most approved governor in the USA
Palin who has a son and nephew serving the country in the Armed Forces
Palin who is a mother of five, who is attacked for having the audacity to run as VP as well as spending time raising a family.

McCain's quote about, "i'd rather lose an election, than lose the war" really spoke well about his character and integrity.  We definately need more people at the top concerned about the well-being of the country rather than how the polls are going.   :rock

No, Tap. You have made up your mind before she even spoke. You just want anything BUT a democrat.

I may have made up my mind but,

1. At least I am honest about it
B. I am voting for a party strong on national defense
III. I don't have anything here, I just wanted to use roman numerals

There is one thing, RPM. She is only running for Vice-President. Putin will as likely as not have any direct dealings with her...It would all go straight to McCain. Actually, many things' will go straight to McCain. She won't be signing any vetoes, McCain will. The red direct line from Moscow to Washington D.C. would sit on McCains' desk, not Palin's. Look at what the past Vice President's of this country have done whilst in office. The most vocal and involved in my recent memory was Dick Cheney, and that was Mainly because he was in the press alot for his ties' to Halliburton, and evidently his inability to distinguish members of his own hunting party from that day's game hunted.

This chick's just an election stunt, nothing more.
If McCain wins he will be the oldest POTUS in history. He has a medical history of cancer. There is a more than likely chance he may not serve out his term. I'd have been a lot more comfortable with Rudy or Mitt as Veep. Palin simply does not have the chops to play at this level. She needs a stint as a cabinet member or member of Congress to learn a few things. A squeaker at POTUS or VPOTUS will only get you tangled into a war we can't possibly win, or worse an extended occupation with no exit strategy.

Need proof? Look at the last 8 years.

If McCain beats the community organizer and is elected President, Palin would be in prime territory to be the next nominee for president.

Thats no stunt and could be a game changer in history.  Time will tell.

Regan and one other were older when elected.  I'll have to dig it up, but you're wrong.  Again

Here's where you get to tell us how Regan was a bad president, and that the fall of the USSR had nothing to do with his policies  :huh

She's taken on big business and won.  She's taken on entrenched political agendas, corruption, and came out the most popular governor in the USA.  I think you, and maybe Iran and N. Korea should tremble if she does step into the Oval Office.

Hoover was a Cabinet member, Buchanan had a hugh resume' niether are known as great presidents.

How much of a stint in congress before you are qualified?

No, Tap. You have made up your mind before she even spoke. You just want anything BUT a democrat. I on the otherhand want anything BUT the status quo.

We need a fresh perspective to focus on the real problems our nation faces, like Ron Paul.

I liked McCain back in 2000, but your idol said he was damaged goods from his time in Hanoi. You knbow, brain damaged from torture...unreliable. He should have been elected in 2000 and the Arabs would have never attacked us. Unfortunately that time has passed, we elected a fool and the ragheads got exactly what they wanted. Bozo in charge and personal freedoms quashed.

Ahh. I like Ron too. But Ron can't name two supreme court justices next term. Ron can't veto a nutball liberal socialist heathcare tax and spend congress.

If he had a snowballs chance in hell I'd vote for him... he ain't at the top of an electable ticket; he don't have that snowballs chance in hell and I wanna stop the liberals.

So I sure as hell ain't voting democrat at the top of the ticket. You got an option that keeps a democrat outta the whitehouse, I'm listinin....

Actually McCain would be the oldest "to acend to the office", but that's the only age record that would be made if he would win.  That still wouldn't make him the oldest to be sworn in, or serve as President.

Yah; it was the oldest POTUS in history drivel from RPM that got me angry.  Just isn't true.  Not that the truth is any barries to what I'm reading lately from left publications.  Seen the cover of Us Weekly?  Babies and deceptions, or some such nonsense?  When are Blogs quoted as reliable news sources?

Ronald Reagan was the oldest person ever elected president. He was 73 when he was elected in 1984.  McCain's 70.

I would rather have her step into the role as President than either Biden or Obama.  Thats a no brainer, but I'll take McCain for the short haul :)

She has the strength of character and the individualist spirit of America past that appeals strongly to me.

A simple "I'm wrong and you know what you're talking about" would have been sufficient. But I'll take a simple "I don't know WTF I'm talking about"  as an apology.

Seen the cover of Us Weekly?  Babies and deceptions, or some such nonsense?  When are Blogs quoted as reliable news sources?

That was on the forefront of my mind when listening to MSNBC comentators whine about the cuts on the media as if it wasn't the media dogpiling on her minor daughters situation.
