This thread was brought to my attention by a couple of my squaddies and I'll address this once.

To start with, a simple look at the same pics provided will clearly illustrate that at the time some of you saw the ghost I was logged on as a Bishop. Therefore, there's no possible way that I could be control of some other country's CV even if I needed to.

Sorry to be a story killer but I haven't logged on as a Nit for close to three years and that's just how it is. Further, when you're in charge of one of the top squads in AH II you can't very well bail, for at least 12 hours, just to switch countries to hold on to some silly CV.

In other words, do business executives generally go to the office supply to pick up printer ink and highlighters?

undefended is definitely not what the situation was.....the germans actually attacked the horde if you think on it, they went in out numbered over 10 to one and in some places over 50 to one. but tactics and technology prove worth more than a horde....only mother nature stopped germany.....had the winter been mild or hell even normal or had the rains and spring floods been reasonable, then the world may look upon a very different map today.

i wouldnt go as far as to say that. ive read up that russia was attacked completely by surprise. forces were spread out and like u said not as tactically proficient as the germans. the blitzkreig into russia left a wake of death for the russians. by the time the battle line was at moscow, stalingrad, and leningrad, those numbers you said were still inaccurate but they were still outnumbered by 5:1 to 7:1 but suffered 1/10 of the casualties. you must remember that the german 6th army needed 900 tons of supplies per day and the german airforce at the time approx could only bring 100 tons per day for the battle. those german tactics also were their downfall. supply lines were too stretched out. even on a normal day (need to find the source for this again) the german air supply runs could only potentially bring 114 tons per day which was 12% of what they needed to fight fully.

yeah, I think someone else stated earlier, they were doomed from the get go, any protracted war was going to not favor them. The numbers were not favorable, ~100 mil. Russians + ~100 Americans + 60 mil English vs ~60 mil Germans... Their megalomaniac delusional leader led them down a delusional path of self destruction, and well, that's what they ended up with.
