love my 30 ENY rides far more than any of the perked rides so I'm just racking up thousands of perks a month with no use for them.

Come on, Snail, i said one week, not 3 days.  :D

 :D

Unfortunately only very few players get the necessary 100-150 kills per week... most players can't even play so much in a whole month  :old:

Yes, I usually make 10-30 Perks per sortie killing P51Ds and Spit16s in my P47D11, 109F, and Yak7. Just last tour I went from about 41,100 Fighter perks to 42,000 and I lost a few 262's at the time as well. Maybe saying "hundreds" would have been more accurate but I have easily broken 1,000 fighter perks in 1 tour more than once.

Well, in my heyday I made up to 1000 perks per tour as well, but I'm way better than most AH palyers and (and that's the main point) I was spending anormous amounts of times here. I see that you too have spend something like 4-5 times the hours in fighters than most players do.
Oh, and I'm sure that 10-30 perks per sortie in a D11 or 109F are the exception for you as well. Sometiems you get no kill, and often you can't chose your targets as much as being able to concentrate on killing ENY 5 planes only.

For the record, the LW arena average perk/kill for the 109F in 2013 was 2.6 (landing more ENY balance modifier excluded). Averagely 4 kills for 10, up to 12 kills for 30 perks. I know I can't consistently score 4 kills per sortie in the 109F  :noid

FYI, right now I'm running the numbercruncher on your kills of the last 3 months to see your average perk/kill gain in the different planes. My guess is you are earning significantly more perks per kill than me  :old:

I had a feeling you were off making a chart!  :lol

I'd be most interested in my stats from tour 150-163 when I was spending a lot of time in the MA and getting around 700-1000 kills per tour. The last few tours I haven't been on quite as much as the 12 hour rule is really limiting my flying time and I just haven't been as motivated to fly as much.

I think chalenge is implying that shade accounts are the work of the devil and that by sharing perks one could terrorise the population whenever they feel like it.

Luche, maybe you can make me understand 'average pilot', in terms of K/D, kills/hour, gunnery%

My ammo last for 6 Lancasters, or one Yak3.

Well, it slightly deviates by what you understand as "average" - average of all pilots in the arena, average of non-trial pilots, average of those spendign the most game time in the arena... if you got some time, you may look into this recent thread where I posted several numbers for the different 'classes.

An excerpt from it:

Median fighter scores of all pilots with at least 10 fighter sorties in tour 168:

K/(D+1): 0.60
K/S: 0.40
K/H: 2.56
Hit%: 3.71
Kill Points: 2738 (that's 24 kills).

How about some kind of dot command to just give someone perks from your account. And then if they don't pay you back within a certain amount of time (with interest of course) you get to turn killshooter off and kneecap them?

I may have earned an extra 100 perks last tour...

I wouldn't mind seeing a squad perk pool if only certain assigned squad members could setup missions with it.   Members of the squad get assessed a percentage of their perks for being in the squad, or can contribute to it.
I don't think this will lead to very much abuse with the squad leaders in charge of the perk pool.  Giving a perk ride to a noob or a bad pilot is just wasting the perks - how many times have you seen someone turn a 262 or 163 into a lawn dart?   Or crack it up on landing?   Or collide?

Frankly - I think it will be a perk sink, although it gives squad leaders incentive to recruit, and recruits incentive to fly with a squad.
