Might I suggest.....  "zany and whacky mime".    Maybe you could do that "trapped in a box" thing? that allways cracks me up.

rotor.. your K/d is not really all that important but.. combined with your lack of TIME in the game it points out that maybe you don't quite have a handle on what's going on in the game.

Just a few short words in American slang.

Oh boy   <sigh>

I do hope the boards don't become convoluted with discussions like this.

You new AW's please settle into the community like we did before you.  Many of us came from AW when you were still shelling out 10 bucks a month for mech warrior.  Please, try and blend in, don't barge in and act like the new town sheriff......and do as we did, went along for the ride and have fun!

It's really great to see a lot of old friends here, take your time and enjoy, the community is still growing as well as the game itself.   ;)

Ok ... where the hell is the "blend in" FAQ, dammit!

I'm guessing it has some points recommending not poking fun back at those who are attempting to do the same at ya and maybe not recommending anything you've experienced in other sims and communities that you think may have not been considered here yet but may actually be beneficial (whether that's actually the case or not).

There's most certainly a point mentioned where it's truly poor form to try and explain anything posted by you or another that was misunderstood.

Oh yeah, and the part about not exhibiting or attempting to exhibit any type of humor (crude or otherwise) until the AH community board of directors have emailed you and given you the ok.

After all, we're not in Kansas anymore!  ;)

Would someone please hurry and explain this one to Lazs so we can continue our little "flamewar"?   ;) (j/k)

Ahh. Yet another topic where Arlo is the <cough> victim. When all he's doing is trying to share his uber wit and impeccable sense of humour with an ignorant AH crowd

arlo..  everyone got it .. it was just wrong and stupid so there was no need to comment. and BTW...

Arlo said..."I'm guessing it has some points recommending not poking fun back at those who are attempting to do the same at ya and maybe not recommending anything you've experienced in other sims and communities that you think may have not been considered here yet but may actually be beneficial (whether that's actually the case or not).

Although I am still of the opinion that "wacky and zany mime" would suit you, and benifiet the rest of us, best.... "poor, misunderstood victim who is just tryin (in his own modest way) to help" is at least a break in the monotony.

and arlo... you would be surprised.   Most guys who read this board are fully capable of reading and comprehending posts.   Your defense doesn't have to be so (cough) "strident".   If you are indeed the crusader/victim that you believe you are then people allready know it.  Certainly, you have achieved "zany" in any case.
