arlo... not really familiar with "from here to eternity" or what passes for humor there. I couldn't seem to find it in my atlas. One thing for sure... they really go for that desperate, needy, attention starved kinda humor there eh? perhaps it is populated mostly by women?

Yes ... my region is mostly populated by women and people with a sense of humor. I certainly don't stay here for the climate. You'd only fit in if you apply for the position of straight-man or eunich (apparently).
