You can sense their anger by players not respecting the game...its palpable. Soon there will be a return of the Pilots-Pilot...the mad mavens of kill-quickly...efficiently. The aerial gunslingers that's marksmanship and aviation originality are beyond the reach of the current era sheet-spooners. Yes...you know who they are and they are coming for you. Laugh it up funny men...they have been watching and are preparing in shade to beat you into humility.
Oh yes, you'll wonder and you'll speculate but you've not seen them in fly in years...so there are no comparisons, only old films...and films will betray you because they have more than one luftberry (wtg Badboy), more than one move and adapt at rate that is so ridiculous...you'll call them...................yes, say it...you can do it....C H E A T E R.

:) everytime I made a new account, it was kinda fun to play the silent killer and see people trying to guess who you are. Of course, for me, after a few days, I'd get bored and ask the signature question of "Anyone wanna DA?" on 200 and people figure it out. :angel:

You never know...he might be flying right now...one of the most underrated sticks to ever fly the game was playing tonight...let's see...don't confine yourselves to who you know...might be best to talk of the ones you don't know. Find the Shawk's, Kappa's and Deliriums of the game and ask who youre missing. It isn't Grizz although I'm sure he'll be flattered that JO was bragging about mopping up the DA with him after he hadn't flown in 6 months, lol.

My recollection of Grizz is having him hunt me down in the MA in a Yak T a few years ago, catch me after I just finished one 1v1 and then PM me that I was "Good" not "Great" in the Yak T.
I just thought to myself what a pompus ego to go around telling others who is good or great in the world of cartoon airplanes after one encounter.
I might be bad,good or great. But atleast I made an effort for a number of years to fly a high eny plane in the LW MA as a sole ride instead of the usual Muppets easy mode K4 or any other top tier rides.
One reason I flew Yak T so long wasn't to become "great" in the eyes of a puppet. But just to give others something different to come across in a possible encounter instead of the usual top tier planes, but that's not worth as much it seems as smacking seals in a 262.

Yes, all very very true...you should enjoy that. It's not uncommon to lose when you don't play as much as you used to. See: JO bragging about spanking Grizz in the DA while knowing Grizz hadn't played more than 15 hours in 6 months. Good victories? Not-so-much....but victories none-the-less. While I would never attempt to compare my ridiculous toon skills to Grizz's, the analogy is accurate. The fact is, with as much as you fly and as little as I fly, I shouldn't have won any.

The Few seem to be unchallenged... as usual. Hard to compete against a squad holding at least six TOC awards.... with a CO holding three all by himself. :aok
Even Loose Moose only has a player or two every now and then... another shadow of it's former self, not that they were any real competition to begin with (how many TOC's they have?).

And to continue to emotionally impale yourself on the sword of "I wish I was ever that good" is, at the very least entertaining. Midway, spewing on the BBS or on 200won't make you better in-game. I only say that because based on your performance in game and the rate at which you spew, it would appear you believe them to related. My recollection of Grizz is having him hunt me down in the MA in a Yak T a few years ago, catch me after I just finished one 1v1 and then PM me that I was "Good" not "Great" in the Yak T.
I just thought to myself what a pompus ego to go around telling others who is good or great in the world of cartoon airplanes after one encounter.
I might be bad,good or great. But atleast I made an effort for a number of years to fly a high eny plane in the LW MA as a sole ride instead of the usual Muppets easy mode K4 or any other top tier rides.
One reason I flew Yak T so long wasn't to become "great" in the eyes of a puppet. But just to give others something different to come across in a possible encounter instead of the usual top tier planes, but that's not worth as much it seems as smacking seals in a 262.

Now finally he can hold his head high as he sports the pink Spitfire skin with pride throughout the main arena.....bless his heart, maybe we can all lobbie a skin maker to make Midway his very own rainbow Spitfire skin. He deserves it.

Don't make the rookie mistake of thinking someone created a BBS account the day they started playing the game. I know a number of folks in the game for 6+ years that don't even have a BBS account because they think dealing with folks like you is miserable and of little value. I agree with them...I just have fun watching you drill your BBS self into intardnet irrelevance. That being said, you sound jealous...or bitter or both maybe and I guess that must be because you are an old time AH guy that isn't one of the ones I'm talking about. If that somehow chaps your arse, I really don't care. My SA may actually be budding...but clearly, yours isn't.

As a new player, can someone suggest the best keystrokes for views around your aircraft other than external view. If that is really the best way to view your AO, is there anyway to pan without using that view? This would cut down on the level of activity in the cockpit while getting shot at.

because in the rowdy ones squadron there was a web sight that had a forum in it. We used that to talk to each other. Now I wanted to expand my skill to someone who I looked up to (tndep) he was in the few squadron which I joined and played with them for a year and I quickly picked up on some acm skillzz...

well that to, BUT as I've flown with him for a number of years, whn he gets xcited as I described, I kinda chuckle. I have alot of respect for him and his job. He did alot of research on hogs for my ex squad. I'll have to see if I have some of it still.
He was one of the few guys my age when I statred flying, and ever since then, we've been cyber friends.

FIFI is in a hanger away from the flight line museum and she's not avail all the time. The CHOG has engine issues that ended up in a multi year, multi party law suit. It is the most beautiful plane in the set and painted up in the Navy ace that flew it.

Busy... that we can get, focusing on the present I'm hoping to go to Laughlin on wend with our MO to try round-10 with fixing our F6F (still rough running at max/TO power), which brings up the matter of thurs and the now-3-ship instead of 4-ship demonstration over Lake Arrowhead in the late afternoon/evening as pre-4th festivities (would you believe we arent gonna substitue our Spit14 for the F6F due to fuel/range cautions), and then friday were packing up to Truckee, CA (N.Lake Tahoe, Sierra Nevadas, 6.6k elevation, outside Reno in CA) for the weekend up there with them and their air show this year (they had an awesome little one last year that was a hit, this years should be even better) with the P51 and hopefuly my favorite of the two Texans if we finish up its annual and get in some test hops with it before friday. Weather and schedules permiting, I'll be home sunday evening with the ac.

A good volunteer will get around though at a place like that... they always do.

Actually they don't have a 24. They have a perfect 25, 29, Boston, Spanish 109, Spit VIII, three 40's, 51, F4F, CHOG, 2 MIGs, Starfighter, 4 WWI rides, F8F, and the rest I don't remember...Korean War Bell evac helo, and that's all I remember, lol. I don't think FiFi shares a hanger though. When I took my Stearman ride and my Texan ride, they said she was there and I could go see her but she wouldn't be there the rest of the year.

It's back to being named Diamond Lil. They went away from it for a bit, but apparently 'popular demand' brought the old name back.
It's really an LB30. A former crew chief for Diamond Lil really went to work to bring it to B24A standards with the tail and tunnel gun etc. Either way it's an early Lib.

Odd. All I've got is films of him missing his taters, misjudging me and getting killed on the reversal. I don't recall him putting any spectaular shots or moves in.

I could only use hispanos of the temp (anyone can) and the ki84 to make hard shots. overall my shooting was azz. so im not the best judge, because I don't find basic pass shooting consistency uncanny. even though i'd personally suck at it universally. setting up, what you know is going to have to be a perfeect shot is more uncanny. but maybe it's easier in the end because you know where the target will be rather than adjusting.
sample size is too small though, I've just got few films killing grizz after giving him perceived shot opportunities and killing him after he misjudged.
Taters aren't easy but I'm sure moot killed me more than grizz (which I don't recall falling prey to at all) with taters if we're talking muppets here. I really did not enjoy thinking another routine dodge and he just straight up aimbot shoots me after hacking compression off. true story.
Only one I'd be instnatly aware who it was - Wilbuz. the years of winging with bruv and kazaa might make me biased but they didn't win tocc and get ire for nothing. but DAing them and seeing their consistency and precision in MA. I've got two better shots right there. I'd throw in a BK or two in the mix. moot's the one I remember hitting me with the taters I thought for sure weren't gonna hit.. so he was deifnitely aimbotting possibly feather hacking like bruv.
outside of the few then wilbuz as "most dangerous" because he'd fly that ki-84 low into 4-5+ enemies and make it out frequently.. even have some wilbuz films and one with kazaa being in that number of multiples (allbeit new at the game). taught me how to use the ki-84 never came up against anyone who'd turn disadvantage into advantage so consistently. dude would just fly in compromising situations and swat people over and over... would be a NC if he decided to just fly tater152 at alt.
Didn't have time to play a ton so stuck to that ride because it offered enough in terms of dynamic fighting... don't have too much time now either.
I'd like to see some AoM members left who I recall besides SkyRock who'd provide some interesting MA encounters.
Now that I've played a few hours hte last 2 days there hasn't been much really but the game dynamics have changed.. people more timid and hordey now, which is neither here or there. I don't mind people who do it, just not my cup of tea and I'm playing the game as a "countryman" poorly anyhow :) (couldn't give a watermelon about field taking )
P.S. Kazaa did show up on our vent the other day saying he'd set the game up since he's stalking me (not the fake one)... but he's probably playing under a shade name

Actually they don't have a 24. They have a perfect 25, 29, Boston, Spanish 109, Spit VIII, three 40's, 51, F4F, CHOG, 2 MIGs, Starfighter, 4 WWI rides, F8F, and the rest I don't remember...Korean War Bell evac helo, and that's all I remember, lol. I don't think FiFi shares a hanger though. When I took my Stearman ride and my Texan ride, they said she was there and I could go see her but she wouldn't be there the rest of the year.

Should have one of those and a C-45 (an awesome little plane). They both get overshadowed by FiFi, but the C-45 especialy is a real workhorse on their tours (and a real beauty of a plane... too bad for AH purposes I dont think it could cary more than half a dozen troops... unless overladen maybe).

I for one applaud Midways courage as our first openly ghey AcesHigh pilot to come out of the closet and let his self be known. He certainly is a pioneer in internet combat games. No, I have no idea who TenBears is but I watched him kill two squaddies and a small cloud of red. He ain't new, he ain't bad, and he ain't been around for a while according to his 200 jibberish which is clearly not his persona because he's not good at smack talk at all. Dedalos will hate me saying this but he is a pure killer when his rust is off. Quick, efficient, smooth and calculating. You will die a lot at his hand when he gets where he's going.
Also, if you watch scores of people without stars on the clipboard, notice one thing which is a dead giveaway on shady shaders: hit%. Look at the plane he's flying....there were two on this weekend that shot .19 and .16 in K4s. Cant recall their names. Could be current players I suppose but most of the good K4 guys were on at that time.
As I said, they're coming and some are already here....you just aren't seeing them which is probably how they want it.
