Now admittedly my current perspective is very limited (things might have changed in the last week or two) but it sure seems like the guys in the glass house are throwing rocks again....

some of the responses from the "CT regulars" in this thread are exactly the reason that many who venture into CT do not stay long or visit again

the people that I'm responding to come into the arena and these boards to stir things up.  they expect to be responded to.  in fact they probably thrive on it when they aren't too busy snooping on neighbors.  why disappoint them?

JG54 Bad? Yes, very bad.  All of em.  Especially that Storch guy.  ;)

So much of this issue would go away if people would just holster their ego's. I am not talking about JG54, but many of the CT players in general.  Personally I would get rid of the ranking in the CT. That is part of the problem.

Can’t we all just get along and be more like oldman. ;)

I see you feel the shoe fits ...

whatever the reason to respond, it takes two

Like daddog stated, if some would control their trap, the crap would stop flowing from both sides

As a general rule folks only care about what people they respect think. You've clearly demonstrated that you not only have zero class...but that your delusional as well.

I flew the CT here before you even knew what Aces High was. If it looks worthwhile I'll certainly be back to check it out. As long as its "primary population" is folks like you I'll stick to the MA & DA....after all....if I want to see a sheep I'll just go to the zoo.

edited for content - added this first paragraph: hopefully any of you guys aren't gangbanged by us Finns, we try to split our numbers to avoid that except on FinnRus squadnights - which is Saturday afternoons Eastern time...

Now, I don't consider myself as a CT regular anymore (after the switchover to AH2, since there aren't much folks at Euro-primetime), but I've gotta say that I haven't had too much trouble with the CT regulars. There's always the vulcher, cherrypicker or something else that might upset you, but so far I've had good fights in the CT (against JG54, Slash27, Redd, Eagler,  Oldman, Jamusta etc..). Especially this last setup (Rhine) has been good. CT! Keep the good fights coming...

And see you on the new Finland map, coming soon to a CT near you. ;)

Well, that didn't take long.

VWE, like I said, the CT is broke.  I told you that and reasons why when you first posted here. Actions and attitudes  speak louder than words. Until it's fixed don't plan on having alot of people come around to your way of thinking.

Hmmmm, imagine what might happen if that arena disappeared because of the small numbers, the way it's run and the attitudes in there. Your out numbered if you think the rest of the community might consider it a great loss.

Perhaps you should have gotten together with your buddies and said "if we gonna pull this off ya'll need to get a grip" before you posted.

If there were 100+ guys in CT, the clique (squads) that dominate all things in there would have been neutered, thus making it heap much more fun

Don't be quick to judge the CT by what you read on the boards Ren... stick your nose in there and fly for awhile. Make up your opinion by participating and not by reading. :aok

I'm sure they have a bit of everything....you just never find out. Now maybe my last venture into the CT (two or three nights in a row) was just bad timing.....but a dozen others have posted very similiar experiences. From bj229r and gritz's post in a thread in the CT forum it seems like the same issues are ongoing over just the last few weeks.

Now obviously guys like plank are sensitive to the issues...and VWE seems serious about the subject as well.

My basic question is simple....why does the DA with no structure format or added appeal draw double or even triple the numbers the CT does? To anyone with a legitimate 3rd party perspective the answer is pretty simple....but I'm curious what the CTer's have to say about it....
