Again, I dont see this game lasting much longer as vets pass on, and almost no interest from new blood. Who can blame them? Log in between 8am cst and 2pm and tell me it's fun. It isn't.
If this is something possible, I hope some folks step out of their narrow little realm and at least go log into the matchplay arena and see what the AI has to offer.
Its moons above what most of the remaining player base has to offer.
Even when there were players there it seemed that few would even fight if they didn't have alt and numbers in their favor.
For sure it would be easier to try to get the previous players to return then to try to recruit new ones, many who can't get past the subscription model. The problem is like you said that many of the previous players are leaving us permanently.
I had been hoping something would change but at this point I'm pretty sure that it will end up like Warbirds. It appears that Warbirds did some major updates during 2025 but it appears to be too little too late as I just checked and it says they have 1 player online.
